Marmaduke is gorgeous beach house with exceptional facilities. Watch a sunset over the ocean from the balcony, play pool. foosball, table tennis basketball and darts, walk to a beautiful swim beach, enjoy coastal walks or a short drive to Margaret River.
Marmaduke is also close to world class wineries.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - TVDVD/bar fridge/shower/toilet
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed - TVDVD adjacent bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed & 2 singles
Linen & towels are provided with beds made.
Free WiFi, Pay TV, pool table, table tennis, Basketball, foosball, darts, Telescope, DVDs, wood fire, fire pit, reverse cycle air conditioning, BBQ, large balcony, washing machine/dryer, high chair / cot and 2 parking areas. The staircases have portable safety gates to ensure child safety.
Kitchen facilities: induction stove, fan forced oven, micro wave, dish washer coffee machine and an outstanding range of cooking utensils.
The property is pet friendly. The back patio is a large fenced area with access to a narrow enclosed lawn area adjacent to the west side of the house.

I was born in Margaret River being descended from the first settlers in the district, Alfred and Ellen Bussell. I am a former high school Principal who lives in Perth but have had an ongoing close affinity with Margaret River.
Our 3 children and six grand children are proud of their Margaret River heritage and just love visiting such a very special beach house.

Why they chose this property
This amazing house is close to the beach, has brilliant ocean views, fantastic bedroom and kitchen facilities together with table tennis and pool tables.. Historical photos including the Grace Bussell horseback rescue of the "Georgette' survivors adorn the walls of this property.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this property due to its great views over a beautiful bay, closeness to the sea. The large brick and stone house gives a sense of privacy to bedrooms and outdoor areas. The external area is well set up for pets.
It has been wonderful to share the Marmaduke experience with others and to find so many of our visitors also fall in love with our beach house.
