Уютная и просторная двухкомнатная квартира студия в центре города, в добротном кирпичном доме с централизованным отоплением. Горячее/холодное водоснабжение также централизованное, но на всякий случай имеется бойлер, на 80 литров воды.
В квартире тепло. Окна металлопластиковые, балкон застеклен. Улицы не слышно. Из окна, с балкона видно БЦ Парус, собственно этот центр на расстоянии 250 метров от дома. Метро от дома еще ближе всего 20 метров вход на ст. м. Кловская. Также в пешей доступности:
Дворец Спорта 10 минут (и ст. метро Дворец Спорта),
ТЦ Гуливер на нулевом этаже ТЦ Гуливер находится СМ "Сільпо",
БЦ Парус,
Александровская больница,
СМ Фуршет.

Рядом множество кафе и ресторанов.
В квартире имеется: в спальной двуспальная кровать, в гостиной раскладной диван. Всего спальных мест 2+2. Балкон с видом на улицу. Имеется вся необходимая мебель, посуда, полотенца, постельные принадлежности, тапочки.
Квартира не прокурена, так как в самой квартире курить запрещено. Также запрещено: проживать с домашними животными, включать громко звук после 23-00, бросать на пол полотенца и вытирать ими обувь.
