Island Home - True Pet Friendly with Wifi

Island Home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday house within walking distance to Local shops, restaurants and pubs, perfect for couples or families. There's 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and a third bedroom with 2 singles (1xbunk). And an extra trundle. The master bedroom has its own ensuite with shower and vanity unit but there’s just one toilet in the house.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own meals but it’s hand washing up as there’s no dishwasher.
Large open plan living area, with large 55 inch t.v with free Netflix & Stan, dvd, stereo system, reverse cycle air conditioning, and woodheater.
Backyard with large deck, garden and BBQ.
Dogs welcome, they're allowed inside, plus the property is fully fenced.

*Please Note: Linen is not provided except for Moto Gp and Superbike bookings, you will need to bring your own Pillowcases, top & bottom sheets & bath towels. Bath mats, Hand towels & tea towels are provided.

*The minimum stay duration is 2 nights.
*All long weekends are a minimum 3 night stay.
*Bookings from Xmas through January school holidays are minimum 5 night stay.
*Note- No Schoolies or young groups accepted.
*Linen can be supplied at an extra charge of $25 per person

Beautiful home in a fantastic location!

House was absolutely gorgeous and in a very walkable location to the main shops. Spacious and immaculately kept, lots of natural light and great fireplace, and it was safe and secure for pups, we will absolutely be back - thank you for a lovely long weekend!

Lovely house, very comfortable, nice & close to a park around the corner for the dogs which they loved. Definately would stay again & would recommend to friends.

Great holiday stay. We will be back!

Thanks Josh for a great weekend getaway! The house is well located close to town, in a quiet area and offers very comfortable accommodation with a 'homely' fell. Good sized and fully secure yard for the dogs and younger kids. We'll be back!

Relaxed family get away

Bright, homely and fun. Nephews enjoyed playing music and board games. We enjoyed relaxing and reading. So close to Main Street in cowes, walked most places which was perfect when traffic got busier.

Loved the house and the garden. Very relaxing. Carnival nearby was a little noisy over the new year holiday but not too bad. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.

Cowes comfort

A lovely escape…that had a clean freshness thought out. You could just relax straight away and enjoy the bird life and the sweet ringtails in the evening…our dog enjoyed exploring the outside with great pleasure.

Perfect Summer Recharge

Thanks Josh for a perfect family break! The house was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equiped , for everything we needed. The kids enjoyed being close to the centre of Cowes, easy walking distance to shops, beach, peer and ice cream. Yet located in quiet and peaceful environment . Well fenced back yard for the pooch. We'll be back !

Clean, comfortable and convenient

The garden and home were aesthetically pleasing and all the household equipment we required during our stay was provided. The living area is split in a ‘L’ shape which gives the option for two activities to be occurring simultaneously without interrupting each other. Conveniently located and pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Needs a dishwasher

This is a lovely property. The communication with the owner is fantastic, more than we've had at previous properties. The couches are very low and need a good clean as there is a lot of dog hair on the cushions. The kitchen is well equipped but really needs a dishwasher. The bathroom could use some renovations. Overall a good place to stay.

Fantastic

Had the best stay here. Josh was so good with communication and so quick. It was such a smooth process from the start. Loved the place for my family and my little poodle who also loved playing in the yard. 10/10 will come again

Not very clean or comfortable

Place itself is ok, however it was not very clean. The house has clearly not been deep cleaned in quite some time. Being a pet friendly property makes this even worse. Even the cutlery and kitchenware appliances were very dirty. Furthermore whilst there is an A/C unit, it's in the living area. The bedrooms lack any decent cooling, wouldn't hurt to have a $20 pedestal fan in each of the bedrooms.

Simply the best!

Where do I even start? From booking, everything was just so easy. Josh’s communication is amazing, we were sent through all of the details that we needed and then started getting excited for our weekend away. We are always a little nervous when a property is listed as dog friendly because many then state that dogs must stay outside. This house is truly dog friendly with a reasonable request of them staying off furniture. The yard is securely fenced. Our dogs loved exploring the yard whilst we snuck away for some sneaky beverages down in the main township which is literally minutes away if that! The house is so comfy and cozy, it felt like a second home. Well presented and very clean. We are already planning our next trip for Winter to take advantage of the fireplace. Thank you Josh for sharing your home. Xx

Beautiful and tranquil.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay… Spacious home, beautifully decorated. Very tranquil and peaceful setting with a lovely garden and beautiful outlook. Large securely fenced home with a great back deck and wide wrap around porch. All the creature comforts of home and a beautiful setting. Short walk into town and so much to do. We brought our dogs and they loved it. Everything is thought of to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely recommend to friends. Huge property and well appointed. Thank you.

Spacious retreat

Our family and our pooch enjoyed Josh’s place. The yard felt spacious and the house was big enough for 4 of us plus our dog. It was convenient to shops and the beach. With a few small issues Josh was quick to respond.

Lovely place

We spent a week at Josh's house and it was fantastic. Josh was easy to contact when we had a minor issue. According to my sister the bed in bedroom 2 was a bit hard but ours was fine! Happily recommend.
