⭐️ Please note that the living areas do not have block out blinds or curtains and this is where additional guests are accommodated on Sofa Beds or Rollaway Beds.
✅ Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

An okay place to stay but too hassle

Stunning view as ads even more than expected. We’re 2 families enjoyed spacious bedrooms with kids. No check-in information sent to us before checking-in which took us 45 mins to find out on arrival. No check-out information before leaving which took us another an hour to run back to forward between their office and buildings, no one picked up phone calls then we had to wait until got called back. We left the unit at 9am, went back there at 10am to leave the keys as instruction and saw the cleaners already done half of the unit. No contacting or organising at all but payments. No tissue box or toilet tissue at all for 8 people staying in 5 days, maybe they assumed there’s a woolies at ground floor so we can purchase ourself. Good place to stay but better you should call to make sure you get them organised everything before arrival, since they won’t contact you for anything but the payments.

The company "We accomodate" are the property managers. The day before I found out that had now placed us in a different room on the 49th Floor instead of the room on the 64th Floor. Not happy with this, 1 out of the 3 TV's worked, the extra bed they forgot to place in the room, I paid for the view and got stuck somewhere else. They agreed to compensate but have still not honored any payment. I have lodged a complaint with Department of Fair Trading and expect a refund. Nothing like false advertising. Seriously read the reviews...

Exhilirating scenery; expansive comfort

No words can describe the immaculate condition of this luxury accommodation conveniently located in the centre of Surfer's Paradise, along with sunset views from one bedroom, and sunrise views from the ocean-facing balcony. The place accommodates for a large group for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended with no faults to mention.

An awesome apartment and so close to everything. We were a party of 9 guests. We were a little annoyed that when we arrived at our door , there was heaps of rubbish sitting there. ( From the visitors before us) We went inside and looked around as you do ...pots and pans weren't clean in the draws, the balcony had stubby beer lids and pizza over it , not clean at all ...We ended up putting the rubbish in the bin room.I hope the 'owners' check on the cleaning staff occasionally, as I'm sure they pay them thru their bodycorp fees. Awesome place, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to families and friends. The view is to die for ...
