Our vacation villa is lovely with a private pool and lake view. The villa is located just 15 minutes away from Disney. This house will bring much fun to families, friends and groups looking for a weekend of fun or enjoy the great theme parks around.

You also have the freedom to enjoy the privacy of having your own private heated pool with entertainment area facing the lake. Amazing view!!



The Resort:
Private vacation villa with pool, lake view and keyless entry. Guests have access to the Resort's amenities with no additional charge. Resort has a wide variety of amenities such as pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, tennis court, mini golf, play ground, movie theater, gym, tiki bar, sauna and much more. The resort is guarded and gated 24 hours for guest's safety.

Important:
All linen and towels are provided. A starter kit of house supplies is provided with enough to get you started. You can enjoy a private heated pool with lake view 24 hours and all of the resort's amenities. Trash disposal and collection is every day, please place trash in the garbage disposal outside of the house to keep a clean home. Pool may be heated, for an extra charge of $45 per day.

Great Vacation!

Our 2 week vacation is coming to an end. I am sad to say we will be checking out today. From day 1 the owner, property manager have always been a pleasure to deal with. Also want to give the Maintenance Man (Julio) kudo's as he happened to be there when we checked in and he made sure that everything was good for our stay! All questions and concerns were responded to promptly. We arrived at the house and everything was as expected. The house was very clean and the pool was perfect! We could not have been happier with the house property. We are already looking to return next year!

Even Better Than Expected!

The house was gorgeous! The listing pictures and info haven't been updated and the remodel is so so nice! The house was perfectly furnished etc. All the rooms DO have tvs and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds! The private pool and patio were a hit and we spent the entire time outside, even in August! The kids loved the night swimming too. Family friendly enough that the kids could've fun in the pool but you can't hear anything inside! The property itself was quiet, the food was great at the tiki bar, and the community pool was nice too. We walked around the central pond every morning and played volleyball, basketball and nine golf. We also played in the game room. The grocery store is right down the road and there are delivery options :) We will definitely stay again!

Great stay!!

Decided to take a long weekend off of work and get out of town. Nice place and had great communication with owner prior to renting. With COVID going on right now it's great to be able to stay somewhere comfortable where you have a private pool. I would def. Come back again!

The property was clean and absolutely perfect! We enjoyed the pool and everyone at the resort was super friendly!! Check in and check out was super easy and the resort was wonderful!! A great place for a family vacation!!

Christmas vacation at Disney

When we arrived at the property the key was not in the lock box, I called the front where we checked in and they said we had to contact the property owner . I called, text and emailed several times and never got a response. After an hour waiting outside the house I finally seen a house keeping lady walk by and ask her if she cleans this house. I explained our situation and she opened the house . It had not been cleaned from the previous people that stayed there. We had to wait another hour for her to clean. Can you really clean a 4 bedroom 3 bath house in a hour? The beds were horrible! Everyone complained about how uncomfortable the mattresses were. The master sink would not drain and the toilet had a hard time flushing as well. For the amount of money I paid to stay 2 nights this was the worst experience I have ever had !! If you as a property owner is not gonna be available to answer calls you should transfer you calls to someone that can assist people that are renting from you ! I am very disappointed in our stay. Also it’s Christmas, you could atleast decorate your house for the holiday !!! No tree! Nothing !!! Oh and we are on our way home and still haven’t got a response from the property owner !
