Gateway Grand 402 invites you to enjoy your vacation in grand style. SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING on 48th street.
Deluxe oceanfront building with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more.
Beautiful 3 bedroom condo with 3 full baths awaits you for a perfect vacation! Master Bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room give you plenty of room. Keurig coffee maker.
Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Storage locker has some toys for guest use.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas.
$151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.

Great Location

Location was perfect, Property was great. Fabulous parking, very safe building. Easy access to beach. Comfy beds. Water pressure was not good, pillows sucked - but they are my only complaints.

Gateway Grand Stay

Overall great stay. There were some maintenance items that were not taken care of (shower heads with poor pressure and light blown) but honestly didn’t detract from our stay. Plan to book again for next year.

We were very happy with our stay. The one thing I would complain about is the VERY outdated TV in the two twin bed bedroom. It was so ridiculous it was comical.

Beautiful & Dirty

The condo is beautiful and the furniture is very nice! How after we were checked in the condo still wasn’t cleaned. So they rushed cleaners in who did half a job. We had to wait outside for about an hr before they finished. Long story short my mother and I had to completely re clean the condo before we could even unpack. Fortunately the management company gave us back the processing fee for the inconvenience. I would stay here again and hopefully they get a better cleaning company!

Lovely comfortable apartment

Property is as described, nicely kept and attractive. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Tvs have issues as they are older and have several remotes, could not get bedroom tv on due to wrong remotes? Tried jetted tub and black gunk came out as well as knob fell off. Never used. Apartment is big enough for a family of 6 and kids loved the beach. Off season but lucky to have great weather all week during their spring break. Loved time on the beach after a long brutal winter in the north country. Pool inside was perfect to let the kids swim since ocean was way too cold and yet still be able to play in the sand and sit on the beach in the high 70s days. The security was nice to have. The condos are in a good area and I’m sure are far busier in season but even though the amount of renters seemed minimal while there we were happy to have secured doors with fobs to get in. Parking garage was great and also seemed secure. Due to bus running up and down coastal highway from boardwalk to almost Delaware state line for just a 3$ day pass we rarely took car out of garage. So many restaurants and mini golf, bowling and games that you could spend all day going up and down the strip for entertainment. The boardwalk just doubled that. Lots to see and do. Highly recommend apartment rentals if you don’t mind bringing everything with you from sheets to toilet paper to bathroom soap because they are spacious and lovely in a nice area.

Aquaro stay

Not wheelchair accessible. Hard to get from mezzanine! Kids ringing door bell at night, banging on door. No one at front desk at midnight to assist . Went outside for assistance from guard, he wouldn’t get out of his car!

Fun stay in OC

Rental was clean and as described. We were a group of six and had plenty of room. Great location to beach, Dumsters, and restaurants. If we had to complain about anything it would be that you couldn't get regular TV in bedrooms. You Hhad to use your Amazon or Netflix acct.

Spacious and comfortable beach front property

This spacious unit accommodated my family of 8 including 3 littles (2 of whom slept on the sofa sleeper). It was clean and modern with quick and easy access to the beach and an indoor pool that the kids loved. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all necessary cooking tools and the washer and dryer was convenient. Balcony view was pretty even though on the side of the building. Outdoor pool was super windy so we didn’t use it.
