About this property

House on the beautiful Jericoacoara beach.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 people, is very well located 450 meters from the beach, the sunset dune and five minutes walk from the center. There are two suites with balcony upstairs, each suite with a double bed and a single bed, downstairs we have living room, full kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, bathroom, balcony and laundry area. We have a pool and a mini gym in the garden!

Super maison tout confort

La maison est située dans une rue calme de Jeri mais proche de tout. Elle est tout confort, avec deux belles chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain. L’espace piscine et loisir est très sympa. Tous les jours Eliane la femme de ménage passe et un monsieur adorable s’occupe de la piscine. Il faut savoir que sur le terrain se trouve une autre maison qui bénéficie aussi de la piscine. Nous avons eu des voisins discrets, donc tout s’est bien passé. Les échanges avec Sergio le propriétaire et Carole se sont très bien passés. Tarif imbattable Je recommande vivement pour une famille et si vous êtes 2 familles ( max 6 personnes par maison ) c’est encore mieux vous avez les maisons rien qu’a vous.

Fantástico para familias

Disfrutamos mucho de la casa de Sergio. Fuimos dos familias, con 5 niñas, y la casa resultó ideal. Muy cómoda, los ambientes grandes y muy iluminados, el jardín y la pileta fantásticos, la atención y comunicación con la gente muy fluida y amable. La localización nos pareció también perfecta, cerca de la playa y del centro pero fuera de la multitud y el ruido. Gracias por todo!!
