This 3 bed/2 bath charming cottage in the heart of Park Cities is walking distance to Snider Plaza, SMU and several parks. It has been remodeled with a new kitchen, gleaming white marble baths and hardwood floors and offers spacious living/dining areas. The appeal of this quaint charmer starts with the big front porch on a tree lined street & continues with modern conveniences like flat screens & a gas log fireplace. You’ll feel right at home in this quiet neighborhood in the heart of the city!

Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is walking distance to everything the SMU/Snider Plaza area has to offer - restaurants, bars, grocery stores and great shopping! We are located convenient to Central Expressway which provides easy access to all things Dallas! Downtown, Uptown, Mockingbird Station, the trendy Knox-Henderson area and Northpark Mall.
Dallas Lovefield Airport is only 15 minutes away.

Our home is surrounded by 3 beautiful parks within minutes; Goar Park, Curtis Park and Williams Park - all with historic Turtle Creek waterways and lots of ducks, scenic trees and great walking.

Our cottage is great for families or hanging out with friends or colleagues, equipped with a great kitchen for cooking or entertaining.

On the first level of our home, you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, and one guest bedroom that spaciously accommodates a double bed and a twin bed. The adjacent bathroom has a marble walk-in shower and beautiful Carrera counters.

A staircase leads to the second level where there is a cozy reading nook, 2 bedrooms, and a marble bathroom and double sink vanity. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large walk-in closet and a large flatscreen tv. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. Fresh, new bedding throughout the home. House easily sleeps 7 guests.

We had a perfect stay! The home was comfortable, warm, clean and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. Haven while renovating

We stayed here while our home was under renovation, and it was the perfect place to come home to while our own house was in chaos. The owners were so kind and communicative. The home is quiet, calm, and beautifully decorated. It is also walking distance to many great restaurants, etc near SMU.

Such a GREAT stay!

We spent Easter weekend here with our family and we had the BEST stay! The cottage is decorated beautifully and so clean & well-maintained. The neighborhood is so charming and we walked everywhere -- Starbucks, shopping & restaurants. Mark was such a wonderful host and made our stay so easy & comfortable. Charming House

We had the most perfect stay in this adorable house. Bed linens were fabulous, kitchen fully stocked and furnishings were so attractive. We stayed twelve days and hated to leave.
