A spacious villa in a Colonial-inspired complex, Plantation Villa No.8 has an unsurpassed beachfront position on Four Mile Beach.

On the ground floor, the open plan kitchen, lounge, and formal dining area have direct pool access. The covered patio includes outside dining, a barbeque, and a day bed perfect for relaxing in the heat of the day. Crisp, white architectural lines, and lots of tropical landscaping reinforce the Colonial style and the high ceilings take advantage of the warm ocean breeze.

The kitchen features European appliances, granite benchtops and is fully equipped to cater for every occasion. The cupboards are fully stocked with china, glassware, cutlery, and cookware.

The living area has a comfortable lounge suite and an entertainment unit that includes a smart TV and a WiFi internet connection.

Also on the ground level, a Queen bedroom and bedroom with Twin singles share a family-size bathroom. There is also a full laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing facilities.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a walk-in-robe and a spa bath in the en suite. There is an additional TV and access to a private balcony with pool and beach views. The remaining bedroom has two single beds that will convert to a king.

Superbly appointed with colourful accessories, eclectic artwork, and comfortable handcrafted furniture, the villa is the epitome of tropical style. The villa has full air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and sisal carpeting fitted throughout. There is undercover parking and security access via Andrews Close.

Easily accommodating eight guests this villa is a great getaway for two families or discerning guests who want resort-quality without the crowd.

Fanastic family holiday

The location, size and facilities were amazing. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed, the dining amd lounge with spacious which was great with 3 boys. We ate most nights outside as the weather was beauthiful.

Brilliant stay

Loved our stay in Port Douglas. House had a great sized pool. Just a short stroll to Four Mile Beach. Less than 5 mins in the car to central Port Douglas. Relaxing and fun week had by all.

We had a lovely stay at the Plantation villa. It is well-equipped and being able to walk straight into the pool was fantastic. Only downside was the beds could do with an update.

Amazing apartment

This place was amazing. Our children loved the pool. It was in a quiet location close to the beach and a quick drive to town. The holiday service was great when needed and assisted with our needs. Highly recommend Port Douglas Getaways for their commitment to their guests and their properties.

Family Holiday

This property was perfect for our family holiday, Loads of space, very clean, comfy beds, great lounge for us all, perfect outdoor area with easy access to a warm and clean pool or also straight through to the beach if we chose. Walk into town along the beach was about 40 mins which we loved most days but was good to have a car also. Huge Master bedroom upstairs with balcony was divine! Would highly recommend!

Perfect holiday home for a family

Could not fault this property. Great sized house for our family of 6. Well equiped kitchen. Very clean. Great location right on the beach with a playground next to the property for little ones. Only thing missing was a full length mirror. But would totally stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

Great location, if you have a car. Nice accomodation, lovely pool area. The only negatives were the oven was difficult to use as the dials are worn away plus one knob for some reason gets dangerously hot; the kitchen in general is a bit tired . Also no full length mirror anywhere in the house which is frustrating. However; we did really enjoy our stay at the property.

Fantastic Location

Booking and check-in/check-out was super easy. The layout of the house and cleanliness were great. Decor is a little tired but it has everything you need for a family holiday. The location was fantastic. The kids were able to play at the beach and/or in the pool and there is a playground between the property and the beach. Highly recommend.

Great position

The property was in a great spot, comfortable for two families. Cleaned and well equipped. Only negative item was the kitchen with very old appliances but luckily the BBQ was a great alternative.
