This apartment is located in Val André, 100m from the Spa indicated on the map, and therefore 100m from the center of the Grande Plage. Ideally located in the heart of the resort with a superb open view overlooking the public park and the sea. We live 15 km from Val André. Very easy possibility to contact for the delivery of the keys.
The apartment also has a cellar at the entrance of the ground floor which allows you to leave bikes, mountain bikes, motorcycles, fishing tackle, beach umbrella, or any bulky items close at hand or car, without clutter the apartment or have to transport them with difficulty.
The terrace is very large, always sunny, ideally arranged and proportioned because it is made up of a large space for 6 guests around two garden tables but also a large space for sunbathing!
The sun is there from sunrise to sunset without any opposite as it rises in the morning on the left, then rises above the park and sets right in the sea! So we have it all day which makes the apartment warm and particularly bright.
Leaving the residence, shops, bars and restaurants are a few meters away, allowing late night outings without taking a car.
The apartment set back from the street is very quiet at night, and the station is a very well attended station without annoying noises.
Free jazz festival in the park every Tuesday summer evening.
