The Luxe Home offers an amazing open floor plan, Beautifully decorated with gourmet kitchen and wine cooler! The home looks just like the pictures and even better in person. Everything you need to plan a great family getaway and a whole feast!
Our Fabulous kitchen boasts a double oven, induction flat stove, wine cooler right in the kitchen, which opens up to the living rooms and dinette area to enjoy your family while you cook. Formal dining room is also right off the kitchen too which boasts a Glam style for the glamour at heart!
Living room, has leather couches, big flat screen tv over the fireplace, with a bar! Leather seats at the counter to sit and enjoy your food and great conversation with the cook!

Right off of the living room, Step outside on the deck overlooking the trees with your glass of wine & heater stand. Wind down in front of the fireplace on a cool night and enjoy a movie.

Beautiful home of 3 bedrooms , 2.5 bathrooms
Master bedroom has a King bed, spacious on the first floor with a luxury claw foot bathtub and glass shower! 2 double glass bowl sinks. Bedroom Has a Vanity to sit and do your makeup! And a mirrored table and chairs to enjoy breakfast and glass a wine with your significant other!

2nd & 3rd bedrooms upstairs are glamorously decorated, each with vanities too! Tv’s are in all bedrooms with firestick or roku. There is another full bathroom upstairs! And 1/2 bath on first floor hallway.

Basement is not available whatsoever! There is those occupying the basement bedrooms are close to the fun, in the middle common area is another living room boosting a 60 inch tv, concession stand, popcorn machine, karaoke, games, pool table, foose ball and air hockey plus basketball!

The amazing Luxe embodies creativity, positive vibes and Glam for all. It's unique and one of kind home in the heart of Lawrenceville, we made sure of it.

All bedrooms have designer decor, queen beds, with on the wall flatscreen TVs with Firesticks or Roku that are loaded with movies, series, shows and music. Each bedroom has a table & chairs for laptops, relaxation and privacy. Our home offers 3 decks with seats outside and tables to enjoy!
There are lots of decorations and decor around that’s not for small kids that we do not suggest if they are not being watched!
We only allow those over 30 to book our properties, this is our home when we are not traveling to enjoy with our family and grandkids.

Not the VRBO's we are use to staying in

I am not new to VRBO and many things were not right when I compare this stay with others I've used before. This was supposed to be a weekend of relaxation and fun with best friends. For starters the owner met us at the home to let us in the property. We were supposed to receive the code to enter the property early that morning. I sent the owner a message at 2:30 letting her know we hadn't received a code to enter the property yet. She was very responsive and came over to meet one of the ladies who was arriving shortly after I sent the message. When the owner arrived she mentioned to one of ladies are you sure you want to sleep down here it gets cold (red flag). After the owner left, we were unable to find the thermostat and she came back immediately to show where the two thermostats in the house were because one floor was extremely hot (future references this information should be in the pink book). The first night one of the space heaters in the basement where the cold bedrooms were went out, therefore the girls had to double up in the upstairs and main floor bedrooms. Once the owner was contacted she stated she was sorry but she could not control the weather and thought we would try to cancel due the weather (cancellation policy strongly stated no cancellations, so we weren't thinking of cancelling and the home should be up to par to accommodate cold or hot weather conditions). Controlling the weather and having adequate heating is another thing. The basement did not have heating and the owner shared the thermostat upstairs controlled the heating in the basement. This was not the case and the basement was extremely cold causing 3 ladies to have to relocate to other rooms and share with one another. When you opened the door that led downstairs to the basement you immediately got a rush of cold air. The home also had too much personal items doll babies, teddy bears, a mannequin dressed as a bride causing the home to look creepy. There were lots of notes all over with lots of Do Not's. If you are allergic to animals this is also not the right spot even though the listing clearly states no animals allowed. We found several pieces of animal hair in the home as well. Overall I would stay away from this property if you are interested in utilizing the entire home for a group of 7 or more.

I’m so glad there’s mature people who will read this and know there’s definitely two sides to everything and yours in mainly just opinion and preference! I offer an amazing 6 bedroom 3 story home.. TVs in all Rooms, very clean, 2 kitchens with one being A gourmet kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 decks… I am a fashion designer & interior decorator why there’s so much decor! The dress on mannequin is one of my designs that I thought you ladies would appreciate, not find creepy, that’s ridiculous! Georgia is very bipolar, very cold in morning & the night and warm during the day! It’s a big home to Reheat if turning thermostat off and on I found! and I get all types of guests coming, some say it’s too hot, and like it cold… and some say it’s too cold and want the heat blasting… So I found to leave that up to the guests to let me know If they need it adjusted for their needs. The lady I met, literally said it was better cold Downstairs and there are heaters and fans along with the thermostat, and I asked her if she was sure, so why complain about that giving people the wrong idea! If you don’t like the 2 porcelain dolls that’s fine, but why try to sabotage my business because of it? Just horrible, but karma is everything… but be blessed
