Welcome to Klahhane View Guest House. The most comfortable and relaxing space to stay during your visit to the Olympic Peninsula. It's the perfect place to escape to and getaway.

The Guest House interior was inspired by the surrounding nature of the Northwest. It features reclaimed slate counter tops, salvaged live edge wood, heated polished cement floors, and a gas fireplace for relaxing evening conversations.

Wonderful and cozy space near ONP

Wonderful two night stay - the property had everything we needed and location was convenient for accessing Olympic National Park. We cooked several meals in the fully appointed kitchen and used the complimentary house hybrid bikes to ride the nearby Olympic Trail. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastically well equipped and styled apartment - they have thought of everything!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Eric’s property - probably one of the most well equipped places we have stayed in and it was also beautifully styled inside. It’s in a very quiet but convenient location for the national park, port Angeles and Sequim. An added bonus was being welcomed back by Seamus and Olaf the dogs and Remi the cat every time we returned from a trip. Many thanks to Eric for a wonderful stay.

Nice little house

A bit back in the woods, but the property was a very nice little house with lots of amenities. I appreciated the bike to borrow and the well-stocked kitchen. I also liked that there were not a lot of rules to follow to use the house; you felt like a true guest, not an inconvenience.

This home has everything one could need and more. A true retreat and space to unwind. Thank you to the hosts for all the little details that make this space so special. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back if we’re ever in the PNW.

Peaceful retreat

Loved this beautiful property off the beaten track! Perfect for a retreat away from the hustle bustle. Eric was very responsive and helpful - provided comfortable bikes, directions and recommendations for local restaurants and must see places. Enjoyed two long days of bike riding on the Olympic Discovery Trail that took us through forested areas and then right up to the beach.

Beautiful hospitality!

Eric and Melanie offer this cute garage home that was perfectly suited for our family of 4 as a central base for Olympic NP. They set up 2 twin beds on main floor for our kids which was perfect. They have thought of everything and the house is equipped with lots of nice additions we used (maps, hiking poles, and even coloring books!). Their dogs made us feel so loved, the fresh eggs were delicious and it truly felt like home! Hope we can come back!!

Fabulous Accomodation

This is the best accomodation I have ever stayed in, it is stunning and the attention to detail is amazing. I would happily live here....or maybe Eric can come and make over my house. The location is also great, quiet and secluded but within easy reach if the town, the stars were so clear and bright. Everything was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy and the shower wonderful, locally sourced toiletries, just perfect. Eric is a great host, full of information about where to go and what to see, I honestly just wish we could have stayed longer and made use of the bikes and sat outside. If this is free, book it. Perfect spot and amenities spot on!

We had a fantastic stay! My husband and I stayed with our two daughters. We were so impressed upon our first step into the house! A beautiful welcome note and a house that is straight out of a magazine! Everything was so stylish and clean! There were two single beds for our daughters and they had matching cute blankets and little stuffed animals. The coffee and creamer were appreciated as well as the fresh eggs they shared! While there We visited hurricane ridge, sol duc. Crescent lake and Marymere falls! We also spent some time in Port Angeles and Port Townsend. In the evenings we came back to the house and sat around the little gas fire pit to enjoy a glass of wine, ate popcorn and watched movies, and generally enjoyed our time! We have already told friends about the experience. Don’t think twice about booking! Ps their two dogs are super cute!

As a long time VRBO renter this property exceeded all expectations! Eric and Melanie were so helpful with places to go and where to eat. The rental was spotless , equipped with anything you might need and then some. High end everything!!!!! Linens were top notch and bed extremely comfortable. Extremely private back a long lane in the woods. They even had fresh eggs in the refrigerator for us. Highly recommend
