Studio style guest house with Pool!

This studio style guest house is the perfect place to stay while away from your home. There is nothing better than having everything you need in one large, cozy room. The room includes two beds: 1: Queen size; 2. Full size (from our couch). Outside your room is a full deck that overlooks a swimming pool. If swimming isn't your preference, then relax under the patio lights taking in stars. Home is situated (separate structure) behind main residence in the beautiful Serenada Neighborhood.

Home features spacious, walk in closet, updated bathroom, kitchenet, and comes fully furnished. Other items included are Internet, and Cable TV.

Easy access to major highways, Lake Georgetown and beautiful Downtown Georgetown. Non-smoking. Pets allowed per approval of homeowners.

****Please note our pool season is May to Oct. Our pool is not heated as well. ****

Fantastic Stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the place had everything we needed and the hosts were too kind. They even decorated the inside for Christmas, which we loved and made us feel at home. Very clean, great location, incredibly cozy, we will definitely be coming back!

Just a perfect little place!

This is a pool house in a quiet neighborhood but close to groceries and restaurants. The owners are wonderful and respect your privacy. I loved sharing the pool with family I was visiting. Will stay again!

Perfect for a trip to Georgetown but not the best if you want to walk I to town. Great by car.

The hosts are delightful and made sure my little Ms Mia and I were comfortable. Basic, but clean and convenient and I would recommend it for up to 4 people for a short stay. Lovely neighborhood.

This gem is tucked into a beautiful neighborhood! (Watch out for deer when driving through the neighborhood) The guest house was incredibly clean and cozy. All contact with Christopher was clear, welcoming and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.

Another perfect stay!

For myself and my 2 kiddos, this was the most convenient space and location. Easy to get to and has connecting roads to avoid the congestion of Georgetown traffic. Clean home with everything we needed and a quiet neighborhood. As was the case during our last stay, our hosts were gracious and accomodating. We are looking forward to staying again in the summer to enjoy the beautiful pool and backyard.

This outstanding studio is very comfortable and was convenient for our stay described exactly as listed. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of deer roaming about. Chris and Melissa are perfect hosts. Any requests were granted immediately and communication with them was seamless. This will be our go to spot on all our trips to the Georgetown area. Nice Place!

My husband and I stayed at this property while attending the F1 race in Austin. Georgetown is a nice town and this little place (mother-in-law type suite in the backyard)is close to eating places, grocery stores and Wal-Mart. We were not able to enjoy the pool while there because we were gone all day. Everything was nice looking outside and the place was nice inside. It was just what we needed. We also enjoyed the neighborhood deer we saw almost every morning and evening.
