The room was not well cleaned, windows had webs, dirty glass in the sink, was locked in my room and had to ring the Bar staff to let me out, TV didn't work Parking tight and limited. Had to change rooms. The young staff were embarrassed but helpful.
Only redeeming factor was the bed.
I can understand they do not have a refund!!
