The property is situated on a quiet dead end street with scenic lake and mountain views from this beautiful Lake View Heights .
Home has been extensively upgraded inside 5 years ago with new bathroom, throughout new flooring. Yard is fully fenced .
Enjoy barbecuing and entertaining summer evenings on your large private deck over looking Lake Okanagan. Amenities nearby are shopping,wineries, doctor and dentist office, schools for your children golf, hiking, beaches, boating to name a few.
In the house owners live upstairs house had a dog Mario a Yorkshire Terrier so you are welcome to bring your pets with you .

Beautiful homestay with lovely Rodica

I have enjoyed my stay with Rodica. It felt like I was at home visiting my parents. She is very kind and accommodating. My room was beautiful with a nice view. Whatever you need Rodica will help and provide. I was able to bring my little chihuahua with me and my bunny. I was very happy about that. I was able to use her kitchen to make tea at night and heat up my dog’s good. The property is 5 mins to the beach on the left and 7mins drive to downtown Kelowna on the right. Lots of nice wineries right next to you. Excellent variety of breakfast! I recommend 😊

Clean and Comfortable

I was very happy with my recent stay in West Kelowna. This was a great location, 10 minute drive to downtown, the house was clean and easy to access. The property manager is also very welcoming into her home... all in all, we were very satisfied!
