There's plenty to see and do!! Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Aussie World, Ginger Factory, Maleny Bird Sanctuary, Bellingham Maze and the Maroochydore Botanical Gardens. Local markets are held every Sunday at Fisherman’s Road and Cotton Tree and the famous Eumundi markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Sunshine Coast airport is about a 15 minute drive and Brisbane airport approximately an hour away. There are regular bus services to both airports.

Hire a tinny or a BBQ pontoon from Swan Boat Hire and spend the day on the river. Maroochy River Cruise boat offers daily lunch and scenic cruises.

- As our apartments are not serviced we recommend you bring some essentials including: toilet paper, soap, washing powder, salt/pepper, tea and coffee.

*Linen hire includes your sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, tea towel and bath mat. The linen is delivered to your unit and you are required to make up your own bed.

Great location but needs updating

Cannot go past the location of this apartment with a fabulous large balcony overlooking the estuary and great coffe shops and eateries nearby. However the beds (super sagging), furniture and general feel of the place is tired and showing its age. It is in need of a good spring clean and some new beds & lounge.

Very noisy and not very clean

Very loud road noise as well as construction noise in the building. The unit needed a really good clean including the windows, doors and outside glass.

Fantastic location. Apartment good. Some minor issues with cleanliness such as mould on blinds, balcony dirty, downlights coming out of the ceiling. The apartment is showing its age, however this did not worry us. I would have liked some clear instructions on checking in - such as the address and instructions for getting to the car park (which is not the address of the apartment), the location of the apartment (we had to press every level of the lift to find it!) and clear instructions on how to access the wifi- after much searching we found it under the box- but there is two passwords on there and the boldest written one did not work. I needed to find my glasses to read the one that did work!) These are just suggestions to improve. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Great location for proximity of amenities for a laid back week. Each morning started with a quick stroll to the beach, dip at Maroochydore beach & plenty of coffee locations to choose on the way home. Was tough to choose between Surf club, RSL or bowls club as our local watering hole - they were all great. So many other options close by. Dissapointing that the unit & complex didnt have bbq, but a 2 min walk over to the park to use tge shared facilities was easy. Fun having a chat to other holidaymakers. Unit was clean & well set out. Entertainment eas easy to use. Great sound system inside, but glad we had our own Bluetooth speaker as music didnt travel outside. We had 3x couples stay together for 10 nights, enough room that we could enjoy either the shared space or our own company. Gym could use some functional equipment in the shared facility rather than the clunky cardio machines collecting dust. Overall great accommodation. Well priced & so happy we choose Cotton tree to spend the week.

Well positioned

Had a great few days with family, getting together to spread our Father’s ashes around his home led fishing spot. Handy to everything & walking distance to shops, wonderful.
