A world away !
Very peaceful setting by the inlet. Pure nature but still within easy driving distance to town and beaches. Our hosts, Rosemary and Alan delightful and welcoming and informative of the local area.
It was a great pleasure to welcome you all for a peaceful family get together and share our little piece of Paradise. Very special to meet such a delightful family!
Beautiful, secluded piece of the world
Rosemary has an amazing little place tucked away in a slice of tranquillity. The Cottage has everything you need and who can complain about waking up to the sounds of birds and nothing else. Will definitely visit again.
I am very happy that you both enjoyed out little piece of Paradise with all its watery surrounds, towering spotted guns and prolific wildlife. Great to feel you are home feeling refreshed
Wonderful Property
Bangalay Cottage was the perfect place for us to unwind and reconnect as a family. We found many things to occupy our time from hand feeding birds, launching our boat for a spot of fishing to astrophotography.
Rosemary and Alan are gracious hosts and the cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked again!
Peace and quiet
Perfect place to relax and unwind. Beautiful surrounds with lots of bird life to watch. My husband, son and I spent our time fishing and relaxing on the deck. Alan's home made bread was delicious and the cottage was imaculate with lovely little extras like Sheridan towels and sheets. Will definitely come back!
Beautiful property, lovely owners
The cottage was beautifully decorated and clean. Rosemary and Alan were the most lovely hosts; welcomed us with fresh bread despite us arriving at 11pm. There was fresh ground coffee, milk and butter in the fridge and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The location is very peaceful and beautiful although a little out of town but still easy to get to. There wasn't any reception for our phones because we weren't with Telstra. This wasn't a problem for us as we wanted to take a break from it. Overall, if we are ever visiting nearby, would stay again.

I'm glad the kangaroos came to meet you and that you enjoyed Alan's fresh bread. We love sharing our beautiful piece of paradise with people like yourselves. Paradise!!!
We just returned from the gorgeous Bangalay! I cannot say how amazing it was and how much we enjoyed our stay! Rosemary and Allen are the perfect hosts, warm, inviting, friendly but also respected our privacy!
We were presented with Allan's gorgeous warm fluffy bread which was so beautiful. Our plans for dinners were scrapped as it was so much nicer to stay at the cottage and cook our own meals and enjoy the view! The cottage has everything you need, warm soft beds (with electric blankets!), heating, books, dvd's, foxtel etc. and the views are stunning! I spent hours sitting with my book just enjoying the peace and quiet!
This was our perfect stay!! Perfect peace and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted as we are expecting a baby in a few months!
Rosemary and Allan's dogs Dash & Babe were adorable, sweet and very well behaved! :)
