Beautiful house in gated community in Manguinhos / ES, 400 meters from Manguinhos Beach, 6.6 km from Jacaraipe Beach, 17 km from Praia Grande.
We accommodate 6 people, but the house has capacity for 8. We charge extra for each additional guest from 6 people.
There are 2 bedrooms and living room, kitchen, bathroom, area behind the house with portable barbecue.
1 Double Bed
1 bunk bed with 2 mattresses
1 Double Sofa Bed.
2 extra single mattresses.
The condominium pool can be used by guests.
- Futsal court;
- playground for children;
- Huge green area to see inside the condo.
It has fridge, stove and other kitchen utensils.
Bus passes at the condominium door and has a bus terminal (station) 5 minutes.
Adjacent to the condominium has a Mini Shopping various shops, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, kilon, bar and more.
Location served by transport by application, both for transportation and for ordering food.
Note: Easy access for wheelchair users, the house has no steps.
