Ubicado en un tranquilo vecindario residencial en el bosque de Bariloche a 5 minutos en automóvil se encuentra Playa Bonita Beach.Y a 15 minutos de la estación de esquí de Catedral., y 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad.
En la planta principal, encontrará una cocina completamente amueblada con sala de estar y comedor. Dormitorio con cama king size y y un vestidor. También dispone de un baño completo con bañera en suite.
En la Planta Alta otro dormitorio con 2/3 somiers y baño completo en la planta alta en suite
La casa esta totalmente equipada.
Cocina súper equipada, lavarropas microondas, tostadora y cafetera, refrigerador, cocina con cuatro hornallas y horno, utensilios, platos y mesa de comedor cómoda con internet de banda ancha de seis. TV 4 k en la sala de estar.
Sofa que se puede transformar en cama.
