"Greenfields" is a modern, comfy two-level apartment that's great for families or friends. Located in the heart of stunning Jervis Bay, it's the perfect base to relax or explore the area's beautiful beaches and natural attractions. It's bright, spacious, and even has free Wi-Fi.
The Space:
"Greenfields" is our 2 bedroom apartment comprising of two queen rooms, one with an additional single bed, sleeping 5 people in total.
Upstairs has an open-plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave—you name it). There's also air-conditioning in the lounge area and a small deck with views of Jervis Bay.
The master queen bedroom is also upstairs, with built-in robes and access to a private courtyard with a BBQ. Perfect for those warm sunny nights!
Downstairs has a second bedroom with a queen and single bed, plus built-ins and a small ground floor courtyard. There's also a laundry with washer/dryer and a main bathroom with both a bath and shower.
Perfect for couples or small families (up to five) looking for a chilled-out getaway in a Jervis Bay holiday rental close to all the action that Huskisson has to offer.
Guest Access:
Nautilus Apartments Jervis Bay holiday rentals are located at 35 Owen Street, Huskisson 2540. It is opposite the picture theatre as you arrive in Huskisson (just past the primary school on the left).
CHECK IN & KEY COLLECTION
Check-in is on or after 2pm unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Keys must be collected from the key box by using the code issued with your check-in instructions email.
Once check-in has taken place, keys are the responsibility of the tenant. If keys / remote are lost a charge will apply to replace them from the guest's bond.
CHECK OUT & KEY DROP OFF
Check out is on or before 10am unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Front door key and garage remote must be returned to the key box from where they were collected using the code issued at tiem of check-in.

One of the best places in Australia to witness whales on their annual migrations, humpbacks and southern right whales can be seen both offshore and inside the calmer waters of the bay from June through to November.
The many bay and ocean beaches, lagoons, secret coves and hidden creeks are perfect for swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, standup paddle boarding and surfing. Unspoiled coastal and country villages have local produce markets, boutique shops, art galleries and a terrific museum. The area boasts beautiful cafes, restaurants, pubs, wine bars and a burgeoning music scene, especially around Huskisson.
Getting Around:
AROUND JERVIS BAY
At Nautilus Apartments' Jervis Bay holiday rentals, you're only a short walk from the famous white sand beaches and clear blue waters that Jervis Bay is known for. There are local taxi's and buses. Or why not hire an e-bike and explore the area on the cycle paths?
GETTING TO JERVIS BAY
Getting to Jervis Bay is fairly easy, regardless of whether you plan on arriving by car, coach or train. Jervis Bay is a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney and Canberra.
Premier Transport and Murrays Coaches both offer several coach services between Sydney and Canberra to the south coast arriving in either Nowra. There are also regular City Rail services on the South Coast line from Central Sydney to Bomaderry. Alternatively, the CountryLink rail service connects Canberra to Nowra, via Albion Park. From the train station you can catch a bus out to Jervis Bay (and Huskisson) which takes about half an hour.
Other Things to Note:
Servicing, Linen and Cleaning:
These Jervis Bay holiday rental apartments are self-contained and are also set up with a servicing ‘starter kit’. This consists of linen and bath towels on arrival as well as a starter pack of basic amenities that include a small milk, tea, coffee, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), laundry washing powder etc. Beach towels are not included in the linen package. Guests are expected to restock amenities once they have run out. For stays over 7 nights, a service clean and linen change will occur at the halfway point of your stay. This is at no additional charge. If you require additional services, please tell us before you check in; these can be arranged for a fee. Cleaning of the apartment is included in the initial quote, but an excess cleaning fee of minimum $50 will apply if the apartment is not left in a clean and tidy manner.
Noise Curfew:
We operate a strict 10pm noise curfew within the building and in particular the outside courtyard areas. Please be courteous to the other guests in the building by vacating all outside courtyard areas by this time and keeping all noise to a minimum. If noise complaints are received, police may be called and Nautilus Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund.
Smoking:
There is strictly no smoking inside the premises, or on balconies/courtyards. If you wish to smoke, please head out onto the grass area outside the apartments.

Strictly no pets allowed.

Great location and beautiful modern apartment.
There was a strange issue with the lights turning on by themselves one night which was disruptive to our sleep but otherwise it was a nice stay.

The property is ideally located at the end of the Main Street enabling us to park our car for the majority of our stay with everything in short walking distance including the beach. Additionally, there were ocean views from the balcony which is a must for my wife.

We had a two night stay in the property. Bedrooms are on different floors so we had to be bit careful about our younger one managing the stairs in the night.

Great location; cafes at doorstep only a 2 min walk to main road. A lovely, well furnished and clean place with secure parking. Cooktop needs an upgrade as it's very 80s and doesn't function well. Then again theres a BBQ and who wants to cook whilst on holidays! We'll be back, thanks for a great stay. Alex

Perfect location for a visit to Jervis Bay
Clean, tidy and spacious apartment with secure car space in the middle of Huskisson. Just a few things to note:
* limited cutlery, crockery available
* apartment does not include any pantry items like oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, bin bags etc. Best to bring a few basics from home.
* Some of the communication style could be a bit more friendly in regards of cleaning, fines, charges. Sure everyone understands the need to look after the apartment and a different tone of voice might feel more welcoming and make visitors feel at home away from home.
All small things to note - we had an excellent stay with no issues!

Thanks for your review Marieke and glad you had a great stay. We regard to your points, we will take these on board, thank you. With cutlery and plates etc we only supply the amount that the apartment sleeps, and same with the condiments, a starter pack of toilet paper, salt, pepper, tea and coffee sachets are supplied just to get you started, you then need to top up if staying for longer stays. This is generally the way most self contained apartments work.
Noted about the communication notes, unfortunately over the years not all people look after the apartments nor leave them in a clean and tidy manner so we have had to make things a little clearer to guests with regards to noise curfews and cleaning. We do however hope that all of our guests have a relaxed and pleasant stay with us at Nautilus Apartments and in no way want to make them feel uncomfortable with our notes in the apartment. Thanks again and hope to see you back sometime at Nautilus Apartments.

Great location a short walk to everything in Husky.
Nice and clean, loved the access via garage to apartment. Could do with a coffee machine (after 4pm nothing open for coffee) and a decent sound system (still has a old CD player)

We had a wonderful stay and had good communication with the owner (other than the Stayz app not working properly on my phone). You couldn't get a better location than this. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a baby gate for the very tall staircase! Would definitely stay again 🙂

Clean & modern apartment in a very central location. Easy self check in/out. Given the nightly tarriff a more generous provision of basics like spare toilet paper should be included. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Great property and location
Great property with all the amenities required. Very clean and kept in good shape. Very secure and easy access when entering as well. Being on the main Owen st strip was a major bonus to having access to restaurants, pool, park and grocery store especially with little ones. If I’m to be really really picky then a box of facial tissues would have been great, soap for upstairs toilet (already provided in downstairs bathroom) and the tv was very dark so hard to see images. Definitely coming back here !!
