We are 12 miles from Cannon Mountain and our quaint, 9 log cabin development has it's own private access to snowmobile trail (corridor 11 connector) right outside the door. Located in the heart of the white mountains & the Presidential Mountain range, there are endless choices for hiking, multiple fishing & swimming holes along the river, golf courses, cross country, snow shoeing & much more.

The main cabin is ideal for 1-2 couples with or without children. The cabin is priced well below other 3 bedrooms due to it's cozy size. We encourage 2-4 adults for the main cabin living area but it can comfortably sleep 6.

The optional, lockout finished lower level includes large open living/game/tv space, a 3rd full bath, plus a 2 person sauna (for adult use only). This can be added to any reservation for an additional $125/nt. Book the cabin as featured and the lower level can be added at any time. We encourage those renting with more than 4 adults to consider this option for the comfort of more living space.
