The Flat has: Large balcony with table game, chairs and flirt; Air-conditioned suite room with two retractable double bed, minibar, 32 "cable TV with NETFLIX programming; Air-conditioned room with two retractable double beds and a treliche; Living room with comfortable two-seater sofa and 32" TV. TV includes SKY and NETFLIX open and closed channels); Kitchen with: 4 burner cook top cooker, fridge, blender, cabinet + kitchen utensils, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker and others (broom, squeegee, bucket etc); social bathrooms and en suite shower and electric shower, dining room with rustic six-seater table.
- 1 parking space inside. If there is more than one vehicle, the others are parked in the outdoor parking lot, in front of the Concierge.
The condominium has: 5 pools with bar and restaurant support (working on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays); Soccer field with natural grass; Multisport and tennis courts; 3 playgrounds; Lots of green area, lake, banks, living spaces.
Condominium with internal circuit of cameras and 24h monitoring.
