Great location and apartment. Close to Spencer St station and the outlets, a very short free tram ride into the city centre or just a walk. Great that you can cook your own meals in a proper kitchen and take it easy watching the Tele or having a beer. Beautiful little courtyard too.
Very comfortable stay for our Melbourne getaway. David was a great host, always quick to respond and making the whole check in/out process easy and uncomplicated.
Unit clean and tidy and in a great location with access to trams up the road. Easy walking distance to the CBD. Great Cambodian restaurant right across the road.
Comfortable apartment with good location to facilities, handy walking distance to Southern Cross station to catch the bus to and from the airport.

Well located, park and markets nearby along with Marvel Stadium precinct. Owner/manager was very helpful with check in. An extra key would be helpful and a lock for bag storage in the basement would be an added feature. Overall the property is good value and in a good location for a Melbourne visit. The outdoor area is a feature.
Property is comfortable and within walking distance to Victoria markets , Bourne street mall and MCG (approx 3 kms), Melbourne Tennis Arenas.
Beds really comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay except a sharp knife. Would also be good if there were two access keys instead of the lock box only.
Communication was good with owner and I would recommend this holiday accommodation.
A spacious apartment that was clean and well presented. Close enough to Marvel Stadium to walk. Communication with owner was easy. We were a group of 4, so 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The only thing I would change would be the pillows. They were memory foam so a bit hard for our liking.
