Nestled on the edge of beautiful Dunkeld boasting uninterupted views of Mt Sturgeon, & Mt Abrupt, Just a short 300 mt walk from the Royal Mail Hotel and town centre. An ideal venue for that Romantic Get-away. This State of the art fully self contained Holiday house offers two out-door Entertaining area's. Open plan Living/Dining Area, Two large Bedrooms, with Ensuite's with large walk in showers. Large bath in Main ensuite. Ducted Heating/Cooling to all rooms, or snuggle up on the couch in front of the Gas Log Fire. Rated 4.5 stars

Peaceful stay with beautiful views

The views of the Mount Sturgeon & Mount Abrupt from the property is the USP for this property. The property can help the tennants by provision of better toiletries including laundry powder ( Minor point). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall.

The views from this home are stunning! You feel like you are in a lovely secluded spot even though it’s only a short walk to Dunkeld. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Great communication from host. We would love to come back.

This was our third stay at Kerala House and we have always been very happy with both the property and the communication with Kerri. It has always been very clean and comfortable with the most amazing views. Shame we have always stayed there for work and not pleasure!

Beautiful home with spectacular view

Our family holiday was everything we needed with the bonus of an amazing view to wake up to every morning. The house is extremely well looked after, an amazing tub and warm fire place. We walked to the bakery and new art studio/cafe. People in Dunkeld are so friendly and was only a 40 minute drive to halls gap. We would recommend this house to our family and friends. Great for summer and winter getaways. Thanks for having us.

A Gem in the Southern Grampians

This is an impressive property. The house is a real standout, with great facilities and a real elegant feel. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable, with both having an ensuite being an welcome feature. The outlook is an absolute stunner, the view from basically every room is jaw dropping and you feel really in the country while still being only 300m from the Royal mail. A great getaway base to explore the region and to enjoy the delights of the Royal Mail and compared to the costs of most rooms at the RM, very reasonable for superior accommodation. A winner all round.

We loved our stay and the whole house has unforgettable views and is very comfortable and warm. The kitchen could do with a few staples like oil, cling wrap/baking paper/foil and probably a few more bowls. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful surrounds with spectacular views

A warm, spacious and well equiped house with astounding views! Kerri was very responsive when we had an issue with the gas fire and had it fixed in no time. Enjoyed the bird life, the comfy bed and the block out blinds! Loved Dunkeld's Royal Mail Hotel and kitchen garden, bakery, Providore and beautiful walks.
