Absolutely beautiful, modern and comfortable 3 BR/3 BA house right on Lake Eufaula (Walter F George Lake if you're from Georgia). Private boat dock AND boat ramp. Gorgeous lake views come standard. Close to "the island" and Fort Gaines. New central a/c and heat. Jacuzzi tub and 2 screened porches in the back make this the perfect place to retreat after a great day of fishing or boating on the lake. We love it here, and we hope you do, too. Beautiful, relaxing views!

We had a great time staying here and the views from the screened in porch are fantastic. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, with plenty of room for everyone. Having your on boat ramp is a plus on busy weekends or that last minute trip out onto the lake.

Eufaula's Finest Vacation Rental

This was easily the finest VRBO rental experience I have ever had. The home and property were both simply breathtaking. The home was clean and decorated beautifully and the views were spectacular. Communication with the owner was as good as it gets.

Eufala Vacation

Property and condo was very nice. The view was beautiful and condo was very clean. Couple of hiccups at first but Mike was very quick to address and fix issues. It is listed as a house but is 1/3 of 3 condos all together. Loved our stay. Terry

Picture Perfect

We came to the area to celebrate our daughters senior year with a photo shoot in her favorite place, Eufaula. This townhome was perfect! Bedrooms were roomy, balconies were great for afternoon socializing and morning coffee watching the sunrise. It was close enough that we could enjoy our favorite restaurants and shopping both Abbeville and Eufaula. We can not wait to come back, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Big Bass Tour

The house was very nice and was right on the water. There was plenty of room in the driveway for 2 trucks and a boat. All the bedrooms were big and lots of space for the two upstairs. We felt right at home. Would stay there again. Only wish would be, to have access to the garage as it rained the first day and it would have been nice to park the boat in there to prep for the next day but wouldn't change anything else.

Exceptional Property

The townhouse and the lakeside location were truly exceptional. I would recommend this property to anyone with a desire for isolation and relaxation. Or. to anyone with a boat who enjoys fresh water fishing. There were no negatives associated with the house; however, anyone seeking high quality or fine dining restaurants will be dissappointed. Yet, if you plan on cooking all meals in the townhouse, it will be great. Hence, 4 stars because of dining; otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Gorgeous! - Pick this place if it is available

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is a rural area so you will see what you see in a rural area in South Alabama on your drive in...then boom! Absolutely stunning views from this property. The house is huge. We rented a boat and rode it down from the marina in Eufaula and had the lake to ourselves for three days. The island in the middle of the lake has a great beach without the typical lake "muck" I am accustomed to. Mike the owner was terrific in all his communications. STAY HERE if it is available. Perfect CovidCation with the family - I hope we get an opportunity to return. Three hour drive from my house and it felt a world away. (Good internet, TV, Kitchen, Charcoal Grill, Utensils, Towels, AC and all that too...very clean)

This is a great location. My husband fished and I bird watched. We rode ebikes around the neighborhood. Very safe and quiet. The private boat ramp was great. The house was super clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a rainbow on our first day and a sunset rainbow on our last. We loved it

Perfect setting for Thanksgiving weekend

The condo has a great view of the water and the furnishings are very nice. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it except for a couple of unpleasant details. We were looking forward to watching the Iron Bowl on the large TV in the living area. But there was no cable or antenna and the Roku wasn’t working. Luckily, we brought our own Fire Stick. On departure, we carefully followed all the rules, and left the place clean. But several days later, I discovered an additional charge for “missing items.” I have no idea what that was about. We are not thieves.

Amazing location!

This property is probably one of the best at Lake Eufaula. The location, dock and flat yard going to the water makes it a perfect spot for a weekend at the lake. Plenty of space. All items needed are provided. The owner is very responsive and wants you to like you’re having a home away from home experience 👍

Lovely property on the heart of the lake

Very fun stay right on the lake, with an excellent private boat ramp to launch. We took our 17 foot sailboat out on the lake several days in good winds. The house was roomy with comfortable beds and nice screened porches. Note to boaters: Since the dock is on the main body of the lake, the wave action can be very rough. Our boat has a low freeboard and could have gotten caught under the dock and damaging the gunwales. To prevent this, we ran a ratchet strap as a jack line between the cleats of the mooring whip bases. Then we tied long fenders hanging from the jack line so the boat was not able to slip under the dock.

The house was located at a great spot on the lake, very nice facility, NO hot water, cold inside, could not adjust heat, TV would not work, no closet in master bedroom. Towels were not out, could not find them until second day, no soap in bathrooms. It was however a beautiful location and house. I tried to call VRBO and could not get through.

I am a military veteran family and came to Lake Eufaula by way of my best friend from the Navy. Professionally, I'm a small business owner. My wife is a nurse, and we have 3 adult children.

Why they chose this property

It was love at first sight. We first discovered this property for sale while we were on the lake and loved the way the property looked from the water, but we knew we were going to buy it the moment we walked through the doors. The number of windows facing the water let in so much light from the lake that it is simply gorgeous. The house also has very modern touches with a unique building style, and the location on the lake cannot be beaten. The layout of this house was exactly what we wanted and like nothing we had ever seen at the same time. Since we have purchased the property, we have put new flooring on the main floor, replaced the heating and air conditioning system, upgraded the range, and remodeled the dining area.

What makes this property unique

Being able to both launch your boat at dock it from the property is incredibly convenient on this lake. The beautifully manicured lawn makes walking to your boat at the dock very easy, and having decks on the main floor and off the master bedroom upstairs is really nice. The location is close to Bakers Landing both by road and by water so stocking up with supplies and fueling your boat with ethanol-free fuel is easy.
