Private owner flat in luxury resort with international standard, newly opened in the city of Gramado. Near the center, only 10 minutes by car, in the peace of Serra Gaucha. 2 minute walk to Snowland. Leisure area with heated pool, gym, Jacuzzis, sauna, games room, computer room, kids space, daily cleaning, parking, restaurant (paid separately) and reception. Parking and reception 24 hours a day.
