Great stay

We had a great time staying here. The back porch was amazing for enjoying the cool weather and great views. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient to everything in town. The mule deer will literally eat out of your hand in the front yard.

The house had a large patio with a hot tub that was nice. House needs TLC and a deep cleaning, but was very spacious. The game room did not have adequate air conditioning to be used as a bedroom, but the pool table and ping pong table were nice features.

Slightly disappointed

This property might have been ‘luxurious’ at one time but it needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. The size of the house is great and the porch and hot tub were awesome. Also, the neighborhood is very nice and quite.

Great place to enjoy Ruidoso

Great property. Our family consisted of 4 adults and 3 children. The house had ample room. The Master Bedroom is great and is located at one end of the house. At the other end are two bedrooms with a shared restroom between them. There is a sofa-bed in the play room as well. We thorouly enjoyed our stay!

Just what we needed

Very nice home! It was comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. Our teenagers loved the game room! It was well furnished, nicely appointed and had everything we needed. We went there to relax and that is exactly what we accomplished! We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was amazing this a very comfortable home it has a lot of space!! The playground is not right outside the house per the pictures I thought it was. Mrs. Nancy the primary contact was very nice and attentive. Everything was great but they need to put a little more effort on the cleaning it was not dirty but it needs a little more detail.

Great Momories

We had a great time at this property and made use of all the amenities available. The Community Center was run down, but we still used it! The kitchen was amazing and we used it often. Bringing your own favorite pans and utencils would be helpful! I would highly recommend this property for family gatherings! It was AWESOME!!

Better than the pictures !

It’s a little gem tucked away in the mountains in a gated community. Deer are seen everyday, and up a block you can see wonderful large Ruidoso Mountainous views. Nearby park for the kiddos, and a deck you could sit down all day watching the trees sway. Pictures don’t do justice. Worth every penny.

Hot tub was not maintenanced well Needed to be drained and cleaned Wife came back with hot tub folliculitis. Not serious but dr said it would go away n a few days
