This practically new home boasts an open living room and kitchen that have a slider to the backyard, entering a covered patio with a deep shade covering. Three bedrooms and two baths with gorgeous showers. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a slider to the backyard. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. Help yourself to the fruit trees - orange, lemon, lime, and tangerinos. When the sun falls, the automatic lights will light up the backyard. Turn on the pool lights and enjoy the amazing view of this spectacular back yard. 3 miles from downtown and 2 miles from walking and biking trails. This beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your meals and or cocktails. .5 miles from the airport and a mile from practically every store type you need.
