Studio 26m2 on the basement floor of a large house. A large TV and a 140x200cm double bed. A dining/living area and a kitchenette with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom has a 160x200cm shower. All linen is provided. Outside, there is a barbecue/brasero terrace on one side and a dining area by the fountain on the other. Deckchairs and hammocks are available for relaxation.

Studio on the basement floor of a 70s Hossegor house. Nestled in a lush, flower-filled garden on the edge of the forest and close to the lake, town centre and golf course. An enveloping interior design, and a relaxing outdoor setting. Ideal for relaxation and serenity, à la carte cocooning services are available all year round in addition to the rental price: Jacuzzi and wood-fired sauna, yoga and wellness massage. Surfing is also one of the local passions, and surf coaching and hire complete the range of sporting activities on offer.

If you would like to take advantage of our cocooning services, please book on site when you arrive:

- 1h30 personalised yoga class to suit your level, €25/person (all equipment included).

I worked for 20 years in a big group as an engineer and quit my job to go and live by my husband , a shaper, here by the sea in Hossegor.
Also photographer, yoga teacher, i had to re-invent myself, and i have started my brand brand YOG STUDIO.

This property allows me to welcome and accommodate guests in my 2 studios downstairs.
I can mostly work from home as my yoga studio is also downstairs.
My husband shapes is surfboard brand PLONKA SURFBOARDS in the backyard of the property.

Our property is perfectly situated as it is super well centered from Hossegor center, the lake the main roads, and the forest.
We can work from home without disturbing the quietness and privacy of our guests as the property is big enough.
