This large family home has ocean views from every balcony and catches beautiful sea breezes. Walk to First Bay for a swim or surf, then wander into Coolum for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a range of cafes and eateries on offer.

High ceilings & hardwood floors throughout the house add to the charm of this property, which offers a living area on each level and three balconies for views and breezes. Downstairs you will find the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area as well as one bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom & self-contained laundry.

Upstairs on the second level there is an additional living area, master bedroom complete with ensuite and queen size bed. The third and fourth bedroom both have 2 single beds. Complete with a double lock up remote garage and fully fenced yard.

Lovely but tired

Love the location and space, perfect for a family getaway. But unfortunately it's a tired home and furniture. Could do with comfortable couches and mattresses.

The Perfect Family Break

Awesome house. Great for the whole family. Easy access and walking to shops which is really great as the drivway isn't really that friendly. Arrive, park your car and wallk everywhere for your stay. Restaurants, shops, anything you need. Will be keen to stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good layout but many of the basics were very tired. The landlord need to spend some money ( not much) on fixing some of the basics - toilet roll holders, sharpen the knives, etc The cleaning was a cursory clean. But of TLC was needed. The BBQ needed avv CA lot of cleaning. Couches are very uncomfortable
