After a day at the beach, relax within your own private spa to complete your day. Enjoy remarkable views from Noosa to Mooloolaba on the deck whilst sipping on a glass of champagne.

Enjoy whale watching from July to early November; or stunning sunrises all year round - the beautiful view is ever changing.
In such an unrivalled elevated position, you can hear the waves crashing at all times of the day with beautiful ocean breezes flowing throughout the home.

A classic beach retreat in all respects, the home also features many added touches of luxury to make your holiday a truly divine experience.

A 10-seater heated private spa, with a BBQ retreat on the lower level nestled amongst the newly planted gardens, brimming with bromeliads and ginger.

Five bedrooms - 4 are available on the lower level and open onto the lower deck, with another generously sized bedroom KS available upstairs, enabling 10 to sleep very comfortably.

Two bathrooms with floor to ceiling tiles accompany with a luxury oversized stone bath, shower downstairs. Upstairs bathroom boasts a triple shower; and is a luxuriously appointed bathroom, with generous bath-sheets provided, all linen 1000-thread count sheets.

Fully furnished, the retreat features beds of 300-year-old recycled elm (driftwood inspired), luxurious leather lounges, marble and granite bench tops throughout.

Want for nothing with the small details all catered for including crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and beautiful glassware for those who like to dine in, or restaurant and dining recommendations as one may prefer.

We had a wonderful time, the views from the deck are spectacular and we all had fun whale watching. The bird choruses in the morning were beautiful. The accomodation was spacious and accommodated our large group, loved the big table we could all sit around, where we talked and had fun. Breathtaking views. Gorgeous home with quality fittings and appliances. So much thought has been placed into every aspect of this property making our stay so memorable. A doable walk to the beach and bustling Coolum shops, yet this property is set in the quietest street amongst the trees. We did not want to leave. Absolute paradise in every way.

Stunning Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coolum. The accommodation suited all our needs. There were eight of us, including our elderly parents and we were able to manage quite well with the layout. The views were stunning and we were able to soak up the morning sun on the very comfortable swing chair on the upper deck. Although there wasn’t a television upstairs it didn’t bother us as we were able to connect better, playing cards and chatting. Lindsay was extremely accommodating and I would highly recommend this accommodation. We loved Coolum itself, which was only a couple of minutes drive away or 20-30 min walk (if you’re reasonably fit). Great boardwalks to walk along and our favourite haunt was Yum Gelato Coolum Beach for great smoothies, juices, shots and of course gelato! The town has just a little bit of everything.

The property was well appointed and instructions provided in clear form. Lindsay was very responsive to issues that were beyond his control but he made a superlative effort and helped to ensure our last morning did include the spa which is really worth getting into! Thank you Lindsay and for the special offer you provided us, it was so much appreciated. We hope to come back and we were really impressed with the natural beauty of Coolum Beach. A visit to Noosa was too easy, lovely to visit but just as good to leave for Coolum Beach. A must, is a visit to Montville to browse the art work and have a lovely breakfast whilst enjoying the most amazing natural views that Montville offers. Fabulous "Big Chill" Weekend

Ten long-term friends stayed at Grandview at Coolum for our 41st annual gathering. The beautiful house was well suited to a large group and we very much enjoyed the well-appointed accommodation, the magnificent view from the deck, the spacious and well-appointed kitchen with two fridges, the huge dining table, the commodious couches in the two living rooms, the quality of the bed-linen, the comfortable beds, the luxurious bathrooms and the fun of the hot tub. We were close enough to shops and the beach yet felt the advantage of having our own private space away from the buzz of Coolum Village. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The owner was very responsive and communicative especially with tips re parking and bin night. All of us felt very lucky to have found such a special place to celebrate friendship - and our guests who stayed elsewhere and came to the house for a big shared dinner and recovery breakfast were equally impressed. Thank you to our hosts and your cleaners for the effort you went to in making your outstanding property available to us as we made many special memories during our fantastic long weekend stay.

Fabulous for a girls getaway!

This house was everything myself and 4 girlfriends needed to do absolutely nothing, but relax and enjoy each others company, We loved having our own rooms to hideaway in if we wanted alone time but there was also beautiful communal areas we could come together to eat and chat. The two big fridges in the kitchen gave us enough space to keep our food and drinks which meant we could enjoy home cooked meals anytime of the day - and we did!! We loved our day trips to Eumundi markets, Noosa and daily beach walks with the dogs. The views around the property are amazing and sets the scene for a peaceful and relaxing time. Communication with the owner was easy, he responded to everything and made great recommendations. Thank-you Lindsay and Lynne. I will be back!

Loved being able to stay here. The views were amazing, and gave us the perfect space to do what we wanted for the weekend. Owner was incredibly responsive when we had a maintenance issue that needed some attention during our stay, which was just perfect. Be aware you take steps down to the entrance (the floor where most of the bedrooms are), and another flight upstairs to the kitchen and main bedroom. Perfectly safe, etc, but could be a challenge for those with any mobility issues.

We loved everything about our stay. Lindsay’s communication was excellent and very helpful. Super kind host! The pics are a true representation of the house. Clean, spacious and has all the necessities. The spa is also a great addition, especially as the weather was quite cool. We definitely didn’t attempt the walk to the beach as it’s quite steep, however it meant we had amazing views of the beach. Thanks for having us, hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Exciting drive up and worth the view!!!

It was blowing a hurricane when we checked into the home and we were very glad to shut the wind and rain out - the house is warm and cosy and the rooms are really well set out and furnished beautifully. We had a 360 view of the storm - the sea was wild! Three of the bedrooms open up onto the deck (life goals!!) and so we were really pleased when the sun finally came out and we could enjoy the breeze and warmth from the upper and lower decks. We even walked down to the beach to see the sun rise. A very special place and we can't wait to come back. Thank you Lindsay!

Not what is advertised

We stayed here in April 2022. The good...Lindsay the owner was friendly and helpful. She responded to our email inquiries, the key to get in was right where she suggested, etc. All good. And most of the house has been renovated, is in good shape, etc. Again fine. And the beaches in this area are AWESOME! You will enjoy that for sure! The bad...this property is not what is advertised. The most important parts are this. The photos you see looking out on to the ocean? That’s not what you’ll see. They were taken many years ago before the trees grew up and blocked most of the ocean view. You will also not “walk to the beach”. I live in Mount Crosby outside of Brisbane and run 7km a few times a week on (as the suburb name would suggest) very hilly ground. You’ll *drive* to the beach from this property, not *walk*. Last...this property is OK but there is no getting around the fact that it is an old (1970s/1980s) house. That’s why the photos show no shots of the house from the front. It’s an old house with 1970s/1980s “bones”, original rusting out doors and windows, weathered decks, etc. Many of the houses on this street have been torn down and re-built. This one remains. So, all in all, an OK place and responsive owner. Just know what you are getting.
