Enjoy the best of Central East Austin from your own, private, treetop garage apartment with tons of natural light, ample deck and great amenities. Walk to UT stadium St. Davis hospital and all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment that Manor Road and the East Side has to offer.

At this loft, you'll find yourself in a natural light-filled studio designed with your comfort in mind. You can enjoy the ample deck and chairs with a morning cappuccino in your hand. There is a queen sized bed and side tables with easy-access charging ports for your devices. The living area has a full size sofa-bed and a 40 inch, adjustable, wall-mounted, flatscreen television. Feeling hungry? A full kitchen awaits with stainless steel appliances, natural gas stove, microwave and other small appliances, including a Nespresso-cappuccino/espresso machine with supplies for your morning or afternoon coffee time. Finally, have a seat by the window; perfect for dinner or setting up to work from "home" for a while.

On arrival, please find our house (low-profile white fence) and head to the end of the driveway. At your right (through the stone path) you will find the stairs for your door.

Exactly what, and where, we needed.

We needed a place to stay close to the hospital to be with an ailing family member. This loft was the perfect location, just blocks away. In a lovely neighborhood, it was quiet and felt safe. It had everything we could need and more. It's upgraded, classy, and unique. Would definitely stay there again!

This place was great for a couple! Walking distance to UT and a short drive to anything else in downtown Austin. Neighbors were friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. We cooked breakfast every day using the provided kitchen supplies with no issues. Cristiano was great with communication.

Great stay. The place is nicely located for an easy walk to UT and Memorial Stadium. Also nicely located to restaurants and bars on Manor. Still sort of a hidden area in Austin. Communication and check in were great.

Cute little loft for two people going to COTA. Parking was a bit of a challenge since someone parked in the centre of the driveway for the entire week end and never moved. Christiano was a great host! Cute yard and deck! We esp enjoyed the swing!

A great loft close to everything

Cristiano was a great host! The loft is in pristine condition and location. We were able to get downtown to restaurants and bars within 5 mins. He had water and local beer and cider in the refrigerator waiting for us. I couldn’t of had a better time and the loft made the trip that much better!

Fantastic Hidey Hole Next To Everywhere You Want To Be

The decor and accoutrements are those of a real home, not a short-term rental. The place is quiet. The design element is well curated, not from yard sales like some places. The mattress is a dreamy tempurpedic. The pillows are fresh. Lots of lighting easily configured to the exact mood you want to set. There were lots of basic essentials in the refrigerator like Simply Squeezed apple juice and quality condiments. (May have been left by the prior people, but hey, it was delish.) There is a top-quality Cuisinart coffee maker, a separate espresso maker and all the supplies as well; rich Italian roast beans, a grinder, filtered water. All the drawers and cabinets have the stuff you'd have in your own home including basic foodstuffs. Even a first aid kit which came in handy on my visit. To top it off, you're within walking distance of about 15 restaurants, bars, superettes, taqueria's and doughnut shops. Everything else you'd want in Austin is simply a 5-10 minute drive. Parking is a breeze, there are bikes and scooters in the garage to use and I think there may even be a car you can rent if you ask. At the risk of it not being available on my next trip, I owe kudos to the guy who put this together. This is the homiest place I've stayed in a loonnggg time. It just feels right. The only nit is low water pressure. If your chick has thick hair, she'll need an extra few minutes in the shower before going out. I found it nice enough. I don't need a firehose to bath.

This property was great, nice quiet neighborhood and the unit in the back was very private and noise level zero. Texas hospitality
