Deixa a desejar

A casa está precisando de manutenção em vários pontos. A porta da instalação sanitária da suíte não fecha e a maçaneta está soltando. A descarga da instalação sanitária social não funciona. Quanto à limpeza, acho que algum material de limpeza poderia ter sido deixado para uso dos hóspedes, visto que o tanque e o tanquinho estão muito sujos, algumas panelas estavam guardadas sujas dentro dos armários. A churrasqueira estava tão suja que nem animamos tentar limpar e por isso não usamos. A panela elétrica de arroz está queimada. As cadeiras da piscina estão encardidas e com partes quebradas. Em uma noite matamos umas 20 baratas dentro da casa. Com relação aos itens de entretenimento, a internet, que é uma extensão de outra casa, não funcionou (segundo o técnico que foi chamado pela administradora do imóvel, é um "gatonet"). A piscina é boa, assim como a área externa, mas a estadia não foi o que nós esperávamos.

Que piscina maravilhosa

Casa maravilhosa, perto da praia, com uma piscina que parece ser aquecida nos dias de sol pois fica quentinha, pouco pernilongo (colocando aquelas tomadas de repelente é suficiente) ar condicionado em todos os cômodos que salva, cozinha completa, corretora Bárbara atenciosa e Paula dona super prestativa e solicita, resolveu todos os imprevistos que aconteceram na nossa estadia. Resumindo dias maravilhosos em uma casa segura, voltarei em breve se Deus quiser.

Todos que compartilharam a viagem comigo adoraram a casa até mesmo quem viu as nossas fotos gostaram muito da casa ótima casa bem localizada único detalhe foi o caso de não ter água por alguns dias por ser temporada acho que deve ter sido algum problema na distribuição de água da sabesp assim espero, mas não tiro os méritos de ser uma ótima casa em nome de meus amigos pretendemos voltar ao ótimo espaço que frequentamos por alguns dias.

Do dia 29.11 á 01/12 muita diversão, linda casa, realmente de acordo com as fotos divulgadas, area de lazer show de bola, piscina maravilhosa e bem próximo a praia. Espero poder alugar mais vezes.... Muito bom :D
