Amazing Home! Gorgeous Lake View with private and community Pools!

This fabulous home overlooks Table Rock Lake with gorgeous views of the lake and Ozark Mountains from inside and outside the home.

The private pool will open 5/15/2024. Photos will be posted in April.

You will want to play and relax by the community's shared infinity pool (shared between our very small subdivision), which is just a short walk from the house. Our home is part of an HOA; please note that the shared pool is NOT heated and is usually open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are a series of small water features that feed into a larger infinity pool (NO hot tub). You can see our home from the dusk photo taken from the pool.

We provide pool floats and toys and a large seating area around the pool.

Due to the unpredictable Missouri weather and rain/snow, the pool may be unavailable during part of your stay. Discounts will not be given due to unforeseen weather-related pool closures.

This newer home has so many amenities to offer. Enjoy each bedroom and bathroom with its own stylish and unique design. There are newer beds, furniture, and accessories throughout the home. There is a jetted tub in the upstairs bedroom. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds and another room has a loft, which is a hit with the kids. The space in the living room, dining room, and kitchen is very open and has beautiful views of the lake. The main floor has the master bedroom along with two other bedrooms. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room, and a theater room with a 65” TV, equipped with surround sound.

The home is equipped with air hockey, a full size arcade game, movie rooms, and lots of family games.

You have two decks to enjoy dinner or just relax and watch the sunset – one deck for each level of the home. A gas BBQ is on-site for outdoor cooking and grilling.

Please Note (as of 2023): Other homes in our neighborhood are now being built. There may be construction going on during working hours.

COVID-19 Safety Measures:

Your safety is our #1 priority. The following measures have been put into place to ensure safety in dealing with the current pandemic:

- Home is professionally cleaned after each stay
- All bedding, sheets, etc. are taken off-site and are professionally cleaned after each stay
- High frequency touch surfaces are disinfected
- Blankets are placed in plastic bags to indicate they have been cleaned/washed
- All surfaces, floors, and handles are wiped down and sanitized after each stay

About Branson, MO:

We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson “strip” so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats), outlet malls and restaurants. We're only about 8 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City, which you will certainly want to visit during your stay. We are just one mile from Moonshine Beach which has a beautiful/clean beach & large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters and a kid’s play area with jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks are also available. State Park Marina is just 5 miles down the road. You can launch your boat at either Moonshine Beach or State Park Marina. Our driveway is long, with a 2-car garage, so there is space to park your boat and vehicles.
