Large enough for 5 guests at a time. Right across the street from the beach, with a pedestrian crosswalk for easy and quick access. Quick car ride from the John's pass, a hub full of activities on the water, stores to shop at, and local restaurants.

Easy access to restaurants, bars, and John's Pass (can rent jet ski's, boats, local restaurants and gift stores). Close to downtown St. Petersburg, Dali' Museum, and is a 30 minute drive from Tampa International Airport. The Bonita apartment is located on the street with parking space for only one car. No pets, no events, no smoking. No connection HBO.

Perfect weekend!

This property is perfect for a weekend get away, a 5 minute walk to the beach across the street. Very clean and comfortable, the courtyard sitting area is a nice spot to relax in the evenings or early mornings. Would definitely book this condo for a future trip to Madeira!

Great access to beach

The property was great- the kitchen had what we needed. It was great to have 2 beds in 1 room since we have a toddler. The host had beachy things for us to use that came in handy, and the beach access is just down the street.

Great family vacation spot!!!

Madiera Bonita was perfect. Great location, just 2 minute walk across the street from the beach. Beautiful neighborhood. Very nice and clean and has everything you would need right there in your room. Kids loved it and we all had a blast. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

This was a great stay, so close to the beach. I will for sure be returning one day. I enjoyed all the "extras" night lights, trash bags, air spray and plenty of towels, beach towels and needed beach items. The drying rack came in very handy.

Awesome place to stay!!

We enjoyed everything about this place. It had every amenity we needed. There was a wagon with everything you needed for the beach as well. Great location!!! The beach was just across the road. We walked to the beach every day. We would definitely stay there again. Also, Victor was very helpful and quick to get back to us if we had any questions. Thanks again for letting us stay, and I hope to be back soon!!

What you see in the pictures is what you get, but better. The condo was very comfortable.( so was the bed) Everything worked, we had no reason to contact the property manager during our stay. The location is perfect. Great access to the beach, & a very quiet walkable neighborhood. We were able to walk to several good restaurants & John's Pass. We would recommend.

This property doesn’t look like much on the outside. But inside it’s cozy and has everything you need. Other than needing a new shower head, this condo is perfect for a family getaway. It’s located directly across the street from public access beach.

The location of this property is perfect. Close to everything. Although the unit is rather dated, and the TV did not work, it did work really well for enjoying the sunny beaches of Florida. We were close to everything. We highly recommend updating the unit in terms of the furniture and possibly giving the walls, doors, and other areas a good cleaning. But apart from that, we definitely look forward to staying here again.

Great host, great property. The beds and couch weren’t the most comfortable but frankly we’ve stayed at a number of properties in the area and most suffer from this. For the price, can’t be too upset. It wasn’t summer when we stayed but there was a huge wagon full of beach toys, body boards, etc which was a wonderful touch. If you want to be steps from the beach, pay a reasonable price and have a cute and clean place to sleep, this is it. Maybe bring an air mattress if you’re considering using the couch/sofa bed.

Overall everything was good. Unit was as listed. The only complaint was all the mechanical systems were extremely loud, ie heating and air, refrigerator and adjoining units. Hard to sleep when systems were on. Great place but wouldn’t rent again because of the excessive noise levels.

Madeira Beach

We specifically wanted close access to the beach and we were not disappointed! A short half block and cross the street - you're there. No driving, no parking issues. There are numerous family friendly restaurants within a 5 to 20 min walk, a convenience store at the corner and a Walmart a mile and a half away. The owner, Victor, is just a text away and replies very quickly any time if the day. A very good host! The apartment is small but will accommodate a family of 4-5. Since there was only 2 of us, we had no problem with the size. The kitchen is a full kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware and pans. Fridge and microwave work well. The laundry room is quite small but has 2 washers and 2 dryers and are coun operated (quarters) but not expensive at all. $1.25/wash, $2.00/dry. You will bring sand in so some slippers are recommended. Plenty of TV channels if you wish to watch TV. Shower works very well, too. All in all, we would absolutely book this apartment again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The kitchen was equipped. There were restaurants, bars, a gas station and convenience store within walking distance. There was nearby beach access and a public tram which traveled from Clearwater to St. Petersburg for a nominal charge. The apartment was clean and had tons of extras. I never met our host, Victor however he responded to the text on our arrival immediately.

Nice family stay

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 daughters. We loved the place, a very nice area. Quiet and a very close walk to the beach, right across a cross walk. About a mile away from John's Pass, which is basically a boardwalk with shops, restraunts, bars, ice cream shops, rentals, things to do. Owner was very quick with responses to any random questions I asked before and during our stay. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Disappointed

The unit appeared to be clean at first but I gradually noticed a terribly foul smell coming from the utility closet. It was so bad I was reluctant to open the door once I had done so to locate the source of the smell. My guess of what caused the foul odor and the only explanation that makes sense is that the toilet had previously overrun, and The cleaning people mopped it up and left the dirty mop in the closet. It stunk awfully. I contacted the owner and he corrected the problem in a few hours. But this made me wonder about the cleanliness of the whole bathroom floor. I’m sorry I did not insist on being moved out if there. Secondly on Friday night people from a neighboring home were arguing outdoors and making loud noises for more than 2 hours between 11om and 1:30 am. There was no point blacking there owner at that hour plus the noise was not from his property. So all in all, I was concerned all week about the cleanliness and on the last night annoyed about the neighbors.
