Near Hollywood Stadium/Hard Rock Hotel - FREE PARKING & WIFI - Close to beach
A fully private and automated entrance for a contact less entry upon arrival.
A free private parking space along with a visitor parking space is onsite for your stay.
The Studio is equipped with a fire stick for easy access to Netflix, local channels, a queen bed, full bathroom and kitchen.
The kitchen includes a coffee maker, utensils, dishware and electric stove to cook, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee machine, French press, assorted sugars, teas and misc cooking utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower, traditional shower head and a flexible handheld water spout. The toilet is equipped with a bidet and two rolls of toilet paper. Towels are provided for up to 3 guests.
We offer an additional sheet for long term tenants who would like to rotate fittings.
Pets are not allowed.
Outside we provide a smoking area under our shady mango tree and patio umbrella. We also provide a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
Deeply cleaned by a professional cleaning company after every guest to ensure a fully sanitized safe stay.
Additional cleanings available upon request for an additional fee.

The room was ok. The area was a bit sketchy, as it seemed to be a lower income community. The building itself looked as if it were in disrepair. The sticking point, however, is that after a rainstorm, the room acquired water from the outside (the reason for the sandbags in front of the entrance). No Bueno for future reservations.
