Charming and characteristic apartment for 3 people located in the centre of Monopoli, in Apulia. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a historic building which has maintained its charming and beauty. The apartment is situated at 500 meters far from historic centre and Monopoli’s beaches in a quiet area where is possible to park.
The apartment welcomes an entrance and dining area with tuff stone walls, furnished kitchenette with electric stove, oven, fridge and washing machine, a comfortable sofa bed and air conditioning. Moving further we find a master bedroom with tuff stone walls equipped with TV and a bathroom equipped with toilet, shower.
This lovely holiday home is only 500 meters from the restaurant and from wonderful beaches of Monopoli. This apartment is perfect for couple or families with one children and especially couples looking for a romantic and cozy home and, although being a few meters from pubs and restaurants, is a quiet place for stay.
This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Matera and Ostuni or the wonderful beaches of Monopoli.

A quality vacation indeed !!
The apartment is very nice and fully furnished with all the comforts to spend a pleasant and peaceful holiday. Monopoli is a beautiful town with many restaurants, bars and shops, just like in a big city. The apartment is well located, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 15 to 20 minutes walk from some of the best and cleanest beaches I've ever seen, and the sea is crystal clear. Ms. Valeria is very kind and helpful, I felt like I was at my home. I was by myself but it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Casa Vacanze and would not hesitate to return in the near future.

Una vacanza splendida
La casa è perfetta proprio come nella foto , pulita e nuova . La Sig Valeria davvero carina e disponibile. La casa è a 10 minuti dal centro e dalla spiaggia di Cala Vecchia e a circa 20/25 minuti da Porto Bianco e Porto Rosso. Mare splendido . Il centro di Monopoli è davvero bello con un sacco di ristoranti e locali .
