Great Stay!

We had a great time during our visit. Being so close to the beach, grocery and other stores / restaurants was perfect! The view off of the balcony was amazing as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful View

We spent a lot of time on the balcony. It was wonderful to sit out there and enjoy you morning cup of coffee. There was a view from every window. The kitchen was a little small but we did not do much cooking, as our goal was to try the local food. The ac in the unit worked well except in the room with the balcony we had to sleep with the doors open. The location was perfect, we were easily able to walk over to Publix, the beach and a few different places to eat. Overall a great location.

Beautiful views & location

Property in a good location with nice large balcony with water views. Publix right next door and Beach across the street. Unit could use a deep cleaning, food stains on kitchen island wall, very dusty vents/ windows/ blinds. The floors could use a good scrubbing especially in the bathrooms. The beds could be a little more comfortable. The building itself could use some cleaning and updating. Overall we had a good stay, you cannot beat the location and views.

Nice stay

The unit was clean and everything in working order. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony while taking in the amazing water view and the watching the native birds. There was construction activities during the day which we knew going in. It was not bothersome as we were up and out during the day. Both Mattress, although not uncomfortable, made scrunching, crumbling and squeaking noise when there are movements. Other than that very enjoyable stay and we were kindda sad to leave.

Beautiful bay views and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay and made new friends with the family of ducks that reside poolside. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Parking was convenient and having a Publix grocery store next door within walking distance was super convenient. I wish I could give 5 stars however, the Air Conditioning was not cold enough, the thermostat was locked at 76 and would not go any lower making it uncomfortable when cooking or returning from a long day at beach. Engineering tried fixing but was not able to. Also, the mattress in the master bedroom was way too soft making us sink into the mattress. I brought this all to the attention of management and they were responsive so hope these issues are corrected for the next family that stays there.

There was no extra toilet paper. The soap was old hotel or motel soap and would not lather. The shower back up call and it got fix for one day The furniture was old and uncomfortable had to bring in a balcony chair to seat in .Not happy about the condo.

Very disappointed--

I spent 9 days in this unit and was disappointed to day the least. They advertise a TV in both bedrooms but one is only for DVD watching. The pool is not heated (depends on who you listen to) I was given several stories but guess it is solar heated so be warned. The toilet in the master bathroom runs for 20 seconds every 5 mins despite being fixed by maintenance. 2 pans were filthy and I could scrape the dried food off with my nail. Bed in 2nd bedroom is very uncomfortable. The AC is controlled and cannot be lower then 72 degrees which was to warm for us sleeping, There is no mop, broom or vac which would help in emergency. Dropped an egg on the kitchen floor and was hard to clean up on my knees. Master bedroom faces the back of publix which gets noisy after 8 AM. I liked The Palms and would stay there again but not in this unit. itrip great to work with but the unit let me down. There are animals in the building.

Starting with the positive, location and views are wonderful. Communication was great even though some were automated. Disappointed with overall cleaning standards and very low quality of sleeping beds. Not happy with having to put dishes back on departure either. Why not just leave them in dishwasher? Did not feel like vacation. Why a cleaning fee then? Need a bit more of TLC.

EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION!!

We just spent 5 nights in May. This is a fabulous place to stay. The unit was clean, lovely and stocked full of everything you need. It also included beach towels and beach equipment which was a bonus. We just loved facing the bay. So beautiful to see dolphins. Also, the Gulf is just across the street. Publix grocery store is just next door. Everything was so conveniently located nearby. You will truly enjoy staying here. We truly want to return!!

Very happy with our stay!

On the first night, we had an issue with the HVAC. The temp in the condo kept rising. We reached out to the folks at iTrip and they sent someone out within an hour and he was able to diagnose and repair the issue. By the time we were ready to go the bed, the condo was very comfortable. Thank you for your quick response to to our problem! After that, everything went great! This is a very clean, comfortable, and convenient condo. We would happily stay here again!!

We LOVE this Vacation Spot.

We stayed at The Palms 2 years ago and fell in love with it so we decided to return just in a different room. Love the location between the marina and beach. So accessible walking to the beach or Publix if needed. Highly recommend!

Great location- great vacation
