Twisted Palm Villas is a beachfront boutique hotel in an ideal location - just North of San Pedro Town. 18+ older please.

We have two Coco Suites (VRBO listing #854808 908924) that feature a King-bed and fully equipped kitchens including beautiful hand crafted Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter-tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, full-sized fridge & gas range, stainless double sink, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 720 feet of living space and spectacular view of the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. Walk out the front door to the fresh-water pool and beautiful beach.

The three Coral Suites (VRBO listing #854809 908926 957969) offer a Queen-bed, custom Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter-tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, mid-sized fridge, stainless single-sink, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 440 feet of living space. Walk out the door to the fresh-water pool, beautiful beach and Caribbean Sea!

The Coco Suites can be adjoined to a Coral Suites if desired and available to accommodate larger groups - up to 8 people.

The Garden Suite (VRBO listing #854810) has a queen bed, custom Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, mid-sized fridge and gas stove, twin pullout sofa, stainless double sink, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 340 feet of living space and a garden view.

All suites have AC and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, WiFi, 42" LED TV, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dining table/chairs, hair dryers and in-room safe.

The property features a beautiful 35' X 10' fresh water pool with extra 6'X6' jet spa and spacious, private sun deck. There is also a rooftop lounge with sunrise and sunset views (breath-taking!).

The condo was the perfect size for the week. Barb was very responsive and Amer was too! Housekeeping was excellent. Hope to return soon!

Perfect Stay!!

Excellent location, amazing accommodations and attentive hosts. Loved the fully stocked kitchen in our unit. 303 Restaurant nearby was great for an evening out within walking distance. We have wanted to stay at this property since it was built and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend Twisted Palm Villas.

Good Times at Twisted Palm Villas

My wife and I had a very nice 8-day stay in Unit #3 at Twisted Palm Villas in early December 2023. The property is well located near many fun spots and it is directly adjacent to the beach. The cleanliness of the unit and the property in general is very good. The cleaners came in almost every day. Unfortunately, the beach was full of sargassum grass mixed with trash. No matter how often the staff tried to clean it up, it would be back the next day. This is a constant problem along much of the coast and it required us to visit other very nice beaches which were able to be kept clean. Some minor issues with the overly hot shower water and the TV function were not as impactful. In general, a very nice, comfortable unit in a very pleasant location. It has a spacious bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Very functional and comfortable. The manager was very helpful in helping us with our local flights, diving, and tours, in addition to responding quickly to any issue or concern.

Shower and landscaping

We were not pleased with the villa for many reasons. I'm not a complainer, but here is our experience. First, the landscaping needs work (couldn't see the beach), the pool chairs were old and no cushions (we never used the pool), the morning sun was brutal and no shade, so we couldn't sit outside, the shower water would turn scolding hot, the mattress was not padded. It felt like we were sleeping on a slab. The beachfront was filled with drift wood and trash, so it's not a place to sit beach chairs. Barbara was SO HELPFUL! We loved San Pedro and the culture, but please look around for other accommodations.

Why they chose this property

Our location is ideal because we are just north of the bridge which separates the bustling town of San Pedro and it's incredible nightlife, restaurants and shopping, from the calm and serene "north island". The location offers easy access to both.

What makes this property unique

We chose this location because it's not too far from town, but not so isolated as the far north. The Belize Barrier reef is less than 1/4 mile away and can be reached easily by boat, paddle board or kayak. Or, enjoy the waves crashing over the reef while soaking in our fresh water pool, The rooftop lounge showcases the spectacular sunsets and sunrises over the incredible Caribbean Sea!
