The main living area consists of a kitchen withappliances, and a small dining table that offers seating for 4. The living area with queen-sized sofa sleeper and television offers a nice space to relax.
The bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bedis located in the loft which you can see from the living room. Both rooms are cooled with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. Patio doors lead to a tiled veranda off the main living area that overlooks the offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. No better place to watch a sunrise.
Although there are many other homes in the area, the property is fairly secluded being 3.5 miles North of San Pedro Town. Note that the road to the property is unpaved and can get a bit bumpy at times. Because of its distance from town, we recommend renting a golf cart (about a 20-minute golf cart ride). A taxi can be called and will cost approximately $30 USD one way. Ask us about our service to provision the home with groceries prior to your arrival for convenience.
