Beautiful Remodeled Fully Furnished 2BR 2BA Condo W/Pool

This condo is conveniently located in the Lighthouse Landing complex near the Bagnell Dam just off Highway 54 in Lake Ozark. Nice open 2BR/2BA condo with pool and ability to sleep 6. This condo has everything you need... just bring your suit! Master bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is an air mattress for additional guests! It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, bath towels, pool towels & bed linens. Large flat screen TV in the living room and the Master bedroom with cable and high speed internet. TV with Roku in second bedroom.

A covered balcony equipped with patio furniture is great for either enjoying the morning view with coffee or an evening dinner with your family.

Must be 25 to rent.

NO Smoking (anywhere in the property) & NO Pets

Check-In 3 PM and Check-Out 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.

Condo is clean and well maintained by owners with everything you need for your trip. We do reserve the right to assess an additional cleaning fee if the condo is left excessively dirty/messy and rental rules are not followed.

12x32 boat slip available for additional charge however there is no trailer parking on site.

The condo is about as close to the dam as you can get so there is plenty to do close to the condo. You can swim in the lake, at your own risk, but docks are private property. Visitors can enjoy nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, and golfing by either boat or car. This section of the lake is close to popular spots located at Bagnall Dam, Horseshoe Bend, and not far from Osage Beach.

The condo was very nice, clean, loved the outdoor space! The only (small) issue was the owner was overly specific about check-in times (we were 30 minutes early, and we had to wait for the code to get in). Not a big deal, just don't be early. It was a nice stay.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! Regarding the check-in time, as we discussed, we often have same-day turnovers with guests checking out and new guests arriving, so we need the full window to properly prepare the condo for the next arrival. As mentioned, we recently installed a new lock on the door that includes a feature allowing us to schedule when the access code becomes active. At the time, I wasn't certain whether my husband had configured that feature. It turns out that it had not yet been activated, which is why you were able to access the unit approximately 30 minutes early. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

The condo is always clean and in order prior to guests checking in. The contract was sent 5 days prior to check in. The request is that the contract be returned prior to check in, so there was plenty of time. Unfortunately this is just a disgruntle renter due to the fact that we had to file a damage claim against the insurance, purchased for this purpose, to have a couple items professionally cleaned. One item just had to be tossed, which we did not include in the claim.

When we got there it was fine except the bed linen for my room had a speck of fresh blood on it and I seen white hair particles on the sheets. The owner was easy to communicate with but, I found hair again on the patio, but the owner did say they clean the place themselves. I cleaned the shower(soap residue) was on it. The a/c went out like day 2 I tried again to just be optimistic and wait hoping it will come back on but it didn't. Easy communicator but the a/c went out again right before we left. The washer was leaking into the rug that was there. When we first arrived I noticed a towel on the floor by the washer machine which told me they knew it was leaking. There was no sugar for my coffee I bought because the coffee there was pretty much outdated. The toilet seats could be changed to some new ones. Had black spots from old wear and tear. Lastly it was a great location close to mostly everything plus it wasn't far from the charger center for the my Tesla.

Yes, we clean the condo ourselves so we can ensure everything is in order for the next guest . Clean sheets are put on both beds before every guest arrives. Everything was in order for this guest when we were last in the condo. No one would have been in the condo between the time we left and the guests arrival so I have no explanation for how the spot of fresh blood got on the comforter. The A/C froze during their stay. When we turned it off to thaw, it caused water to leak from the A/C unit. We had it looked at and the drain line was clogged. That has been fixed It appears to be fine now. The washer is fine and has never had an issue. To our knowledge there was not a towel on the floor. If there was, it had to be dropped out of the dryer or fallen off the oven handle. We have a coffee container that we refill for our personal use. We do not advertise that we provide any food, drinks, or condiments as we never know what will be left when we arrive to clean and may not have time to refill or replace. VRBO has a checklist of items for the owner to select that you provide in order to let travelers know what to expect. We don’t list anything extra unless we know for sure it will be there when you check in.

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and uncluttered. I will say that having to pay a property damage fee up front was a little annoying because I normally don't do that but I do realize it is up to the owner to request that. The owner was also very specific about rules which I understand. I would say that if you have children and you are afraid an accident might happen or something might get broken this might not be the place for you. I stayed with a group of adults and we didn't break or mess anything up but I was a little apprehensive while we stayed there because of all of the rules. It was a great stay though, and the property was very, very nice.
