Our Beach House is cozy, very close to Junqueira Beach, which is small and familiar. The birds love our backyard. There are taxi boats making the 3min journey to the paradise island of Guaíba, a beauty to spend the day. It is located 4 km from the center of Mangaratiba, where you can take the ferry to Ilha Grande; 50km from Angra dos Reis, and 160km from Paraty.
A small nook almost hidden in Mangaratiba. Located 4 Km from the center, this cozy beach is one of the favorite destinations for families during the high season. With a good strip of clear sand, it has a calm sea of transparent waters, suitable for swimming. Almond trees adorn the place, and provide shade for some visitors. During the summer, some visitors use the rocks present in the sea to practice fishing. Water sports such as diving are often practiced. This is a great place to relax, enjoy a day at the beach with the family. With calm water, children and the elderly can shower without worry.

The Costa Verde region itself is one of the most beautiful in Rio de Janeiro, where the two strong points of our state are, mountain and sea. There are several beaches and green corners that attract thousands of people during the warmer months, making the place one of the cariocas' summer spots.

Junqueira Beach is quiet and almost without waves (perhaps because it is protected by some islands) suitable for those who do not like violent beaches. With a small square and some infrastructure, the beach is a good choice for those who enjoy that typical carioca beach program.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one suite. It also has living room, kitchen, balcony facing the sea, service area, tank with 10,000 liters, and a box with 5,000 liters. Garage for 4 cars, land 20x40.
The house is 300 meters from the beach with a paradise view. As it is on a high street, it has the best view in the world, from the balcony you have all the view of the beach and the islands. Access can be by Mangaratiba or Ibicuí.
The house is fully furnished, tv, sofa, 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed, air conditioning, fan, complete kitchen utensils, refrigerator, stove, wardrobe, hammocks, barbecue, satellite dish and others.
The land is very wide and has several fruit trees.
