Quando alugamos o imóvel, imediatamente recebi um email do administrador César dizendo que as datas não estavam disponíveis, e que era pra realizar o cancelamento. Depois de longo diálogo, entre nós locatários, VRBO e locadores, chegamos a um denominador comum, conseguimos nossa reserva e nos foi ofertado uma diária pelo ocorrido. Resolvemos permanecer somente os dias pelos quais pagamos. O César e o Fernando( sócios) são solícitos e bons anfitriões. O sítio possui caseiro, que é de grande valor pra quando saímos à noite ou até mesmo durante o dia e de bônus traz a sensação de segurança, principalmente por ser afastado do centro da cidade. O único fato que causou desconforto, foi que o anúncio não dizia que eles (os donos) permanecem na propriedade todo o tempo em um quarto anexo da casa.
