Roebil House is in a fantastic location. Located right in the heart of town, in and amongst the shopping and restaurant precinct. Come and stay in comfort ... with that flash of retro. Roebil House is a charming sandstone period home, that has been furnished with style, reflecting it's era.

Only a few short minutes walk to all things central. Including:

3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6. The main bedroom is a Queen bed, the 2nd room has a Brass Double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Single beds, one of which is a King single. All linen & towels are provided, which is inclusive in the price. All bedrooms are large with their own wardrobe.

Perfect accommodation for friends and/or family. We have been hosting guests for over 10 years now, we keep improving the property and are pleased that people keep on coming back year after year.

- Floorboards through the house with new Persian rugs
- Seating on the front porch - a great place to enjoy the elevated views of the house whilst enjoying a drink
- 1 Toilet (separate to bathroom)
- 1 Bathroom with separate bath and shower
- Laundry with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board
- Outdoor Area .. complete with outdoor setting.
- Plenty of Off Street Parking for multiple cars ... this is a real bonus when staying right in the heart of town.
- Secure, very spacious backyard which is child friendly.

20% Deposit to be paid via direct debit to hold booking. Remaining of payment to be paid prior to arrival. Cheque not excepted. Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel 14 days or more prior to your check-in date your deposit will be refunded less an admin fee of $30.00. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your check-in date you will not be liable for refund.

The house was quirky and the lounge room had a wonderful gas heater which was lovely and cozy to spend time in at night. There was a great Pub 200 meters away with fabulous food.

Comfortable house for six guests. Helpful host and well priced basic accommodation. Walking distance to good coffee. If you're planning to cook you'll need to bring everything - there are no pantry staples like olive oil etc. Also BYO earplugs also if you don't want to hear church bells en masse early on Sunday morning!

1. When BBQ is listed as available it needs to be functional not completely rusted.2. With no internet provided the tv needs to have working reception, not stuttering in and out half the night, and preferably post 1990 build.3. The exhaust fan which comes on with the light shouldn't make you want to shower in the dark for fear of it rattling itself to death.

Roebil House

A cute little house close to town. Comfy, clean and perfect for what we wanted. Parking at front or rear which was great for us having two cars. Walking distance to centre of town for shops and restaurants. Going in winter and being an older house we worried it would be cold BUT the living room fire was amazing and each room had a heater and electric blanket.

No dryer available, very wonky clothes airer provided, the outdoor clothesline needs attention. The stove top looks like it needs a clean however the soot from the above chimney is the problem daily.car access is via a lane a couple of houses down, the bins need cleaning very melly.

Badly needs repair

The steps from the foot path to the house yard are badly damaged and are dangerous to walk on. The walls inside are badly cracked and there was mould on the bathroom and toilet ceilings. Old cobwebs in the bathroom, lounge and laundry area.
