SeaSands is located in a quiet residential street with very nice neighbours and has a strict no party and not commercial functions policy. We cater to family groups, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together. We do not accept bookings from schoolies or large groups of young singles. The minimum age to hire the property is 25.
