Die Unterkunft lag sehr gĂŒnstig zum See und der City. Sie war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Ein Aldi war gleich um die Ecke. Die Stadt ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos.

En amoureux dans cet appartement tout confort, à la fois spacieux, douillé et soigné. Propreté de l'appartement et des parties communes irréprochable. TrÚs bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Tout commerce à proximité et pourtant trÚs calme et à 5mn du lac. Un séjour au TOP.

le logements est sous les combles et au dernier etage . Les chambres sont plutĂŽt agrĂ©ables ,et on dort tres bien . Le bemol, est que pour une personne en surpoids ( mon colloc ) . l'accĂšs au wc et a la baignoire n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© facile .De plus , il serait plus honnĂȘtes de preciser que l'appartement est au 3eme sans ascenseur. Aucune prise en charge ,pas d'accueil, ni d'explications pour l'usage du lave vaiselle ,machine a laver etc . Mais le sejour a Ă©tĂ© malgrĂ© tout sympathique.

Séjour court agréable au coeur de Gerardmer

Appartement trÚs fonctionnel (attention pour les plus grand - sous pente) et trÚs bien équipé. Entretien et propreté acceptable. Précision de l'annonce : attention il n'y a en réalité qu'une seule salle de bain avec douche et baignoire (assez grande pour le coup), et 1 WC séparé.

TrĂšs bon sejour

Bonne semaine de vacances passĂ©e dans l’appartement. Son emplacement est bien : proche des commerces, des lieux d’activitĂ©s (lac, jeux enfants, piscine, bowling) accessibles Ă  pied. Voiture obligatoire pour aller skier. Les 3 Ă©tages se font bien (avec enfants de 3 et 7ans) car les escaliers sont larges. L’appartement est sous combles ( quelques endroits un peu bas de plafond) mais la taille est correcte pour 4. La cuisine est bien equipee. En rĂ©sumĂ© : trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© / prix.

Dans la description de l'appartement 2 chambres une avec un grand lit l'ùtre un grand lit plus 1 lit d'une personne sauf qu'en réalité le lit d'une personne devient un matelas en mousse à mettre à terre l'appartement est bien pour 4 personnes et non pour 5 personnes mon petit fils de 11 ans a du dormir par terre pas génial

Logement trÚs agréable

L'appartement est calme, trÚs bien équipé et bien placé dans Gerardmer. Seul point vaguement négatif : le ballon d'eau chaude est un peu juste : 4 douches OK, 1 bain + 3 douches non. Attention, 3Úme sans ascenseur. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un éventuel nouveau séjour dans cette ville.

Situé en plein centre ville dans une residence calme à 5 minutes à pieds du lac. Nous y avons séjourné a 5, 2 adultes + 3 enfants.

Tres bel appartement tres bien situe en plein centre ville de gerardmer.

Tres bel appartement spacieux tres bien situe en centre ville. Tres bien equipe que ce soit au niveau vaiselle, machine a laver, fer a repasser, seche cheveux, lave vaisselle pour 2 personnes tres pratique. Le proprietaire met a disposition tous les produits pour nettoyer ainsi que pour le lave vaisselle et la machine a laver. Tres grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire pratique avec des enfants. Le proprietaire est tres sympathique et reste disponible. Je recommande nous y avons passe de tres bonnes vacances ! Nous reviendrons sans souci. Un seul petit bemol si on peut dire il est au 3 eme etage donc c est sportif ! mais de ce fait c est tres calme et il y a une jolie vue.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel et agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée , l'appartement est propre. Il est trÚs bien situé au coeur de Gerardmer.
