We always do our best to welcome our guests under the best conditions and to be available when needed, as was the case during your stay. Regarding your comments: Bed linen and towels are offered as an optional service, as clearly stated in the rental agreement you received after booking. This is why they are not listed as included amenities. As requested, we arranged for the linen rental, made the beds for you, and provided towels and kitchen cloths. Toilet paper and basic supplies are provided to start your stay, as is common in vacation rentals. The toilet paper rolls were brand new — I personally placed them before your arrival — and they were sufficient for the duration of your stay, as some were left unused. The property is located in a rural setting. As in most homes in the region, there are no window screens. While the natural environment may lead to a few flies, we ensure the property is clean and well-ventilated. Cleaning is also an optional service. You chose not to do it yourself, and the cleaning fee was therefore applied, as indicated. We offer a very competitive rate for a 10-person property, which you occupied as a group of 3.
