Located in peaceful french quarter, this is a fully furnished and a brand new 3 Bedroom apartment of around 2500 square feet The furniture is restored from antique teak wood and each corner is aesthetically designed for pleasant experience. Located on top floor, the wonderful sea breeze and natural light touches it throughout the day . There is a private terrace where guests can unwind in mornings or late evenings. The apartment is designed keeping in mind all comfort points for family and friends group
Enjoy the luxury of big space once you enter and the small cozy corners aesthetically created for giving guests a unique experience .The study table with a collection of books from different genres shall add to your relaxed stay. The dining area with teak wood table and chairs is a place to enjoy a hearty meal and make memories with family & friends. The open terrace with plants and pleasant breeze will be the place you will love a lot.The sitting space outside the bedrooms are beautifully made to spend time with friend & listen to music .

The added advantage is secure car parking in premises as weekends are very crowded in pondy and car park becomes a big headache
A portion of France still exists in India in the French Quarter in Pondicherry. Located in the French Quarter is a added bonus since all the tourist attractions are at a walking distance from our space. The famous Promenade beach, Gandhi statue , Governor house are few of the places which fall in must visit category and are at 5-6 minutes walking distance. Guests can appreciate french heritage buildings all around once they walk in the french quarter of the town.
The french quarter offers the best multi cuisine restaurants (some of them rooftop) which will add the spice of a perfect holiday.
Public transportation is available at a walking distance. From taxis, rickshaws & even two wheedlers, which is very safe to travel in this part of the town. the best way to explore town is via bicycle which can be arrange on request if the guests are interested.

Our stay at Arureva was awesome! We appreciate all the efforts taken by Pranav Tyagi and family to give us a comfortable homely experience. Although he had made meticulous arrangements for our needs, he further satisfied our additional specific requests with a pleasing countenance. The cordial atmosphere and the clean ambience is inspiring us to plan our next trip here. We especially appreciate the beautifully decorated interiors. We wish Arureva the very best.

I am 47 years young management graduate and shifted to pondy in 2008 after quitting my 15 years of corporate journey in major telcos like Tata Reliance IDEA and Videocon. As sales and marketing professional, i had worked in various parts of the country and learned a lot about our rich culture and heritage. I entered into unknown real estate business and developed our ancestral property into apartments. I and my wife Nibha live here with our daughters Arundhati and Revati. i am an amateur photographer and love pondicherry for its unique identity.

This piece of property is ancestral and our family has deep links with spiritual town of pondicherry. the peaceful atmosphere of pondicherry has always called me again and again. the property was developed into residential apartments and got ready in 2018.

since every inch of the property is designed by my family collectively , it is very special for us. the entire furniture is restored from antique wood and designed by us. The spacious living room with excellent ventilation and natural light is very energizing. the huge space has been converted into cozy corners like study table and sitting spaces outside bedrooms.. the dining area also done in a way that guests can create memories of life here
