About Judy Calthorpe
I loving in rural NSW at Dubbo with my family close by. Dubbo is a wonderful place to live with everything the cities have without the pollution, noise and rush except for maybe the ballet or opera. Should I will to do anything Dubbo doesn't offer I make it a weekend away and real enjoy the event or attraction. My animals are most important except for family, and you might say they are just a little spoilt. I love enjoying a cuppa or beer with a friend or two under trees with the sprinklers going watching all the local birds come and play. Or in the immediate distance watching the hawkers, eagles or early evening owls prowling the skies for pray.
Judy Calthorpe purchased this Farmhouse in 2006
What makes this Farmhouse unique
Bulwarra is my perfect place to live, with the greatest natural ambiance to relax and enjoy being alive. I have 360 degree views of the Orana valley and local area. Living rural means peace and quiet from other people and just the sounds of nature. Smells from the local flowering plants and natural darkness and stars of an evening except for the light of the moon. Heaven on earth if you ask me. I love to share with others, what I am so fortunately to have.

Great place to stay with young children. Judy a great host.
Thank you for your lovely review.
Do your self a favour.
Great place to stay. Judy makes you very welcome and if you require anything you only need to ask. (She even had the grand kids yelling out to her from the front door and came out to see what they were after.) great location close to the Zoo and not to far from town. We will defiantly recommend the stay and we will be returning.
Thank you for writing your review.
It was a pleasure having you and your family stay and you are always welcome. We are only 10 minutes from the zoo and another 5 minutes to Dubbo and we do enjoy children and animals and certainly try to have what families need to have a enjoyable stay.
Awesone location to stay
Thank you guys for your terrific review. I am so pleased that a large group as yourselves had a awesome time. You really did seem to enjoy yourselves. The guys cooking up a storm for the girls, playing table tennis, and having so much fun. Thank you for cleaning up so well. You are always welcome.
Nice country property great for kids and close to the zoo.
We had a great weekend and the kids loved playing on the lawn with all the play equipment. Rooms are nice with a huge open bathroom. BBQ was ready to use and you can buy meat packs. We sat out on the deck at night and you could see the lights of Dubbo. It was about a 15 minute country drive to central Dubbo. Rooms had great air conditioning and a mini bar fridge. On the deck their is a kettle and toaster and a large shared fridge for use as well as all eating requirements. A nice relaxing location that you can book with ease. It is well priced for large groups and we booked all the units for the weekend.
Thank you for writing a very accurate description of Bulwarra. I am glad you and your group had a great time.
