Surrounded by National Parks & Beach Reserves you will feel like you are nestled among the treetops in this architect-designed, tastefully appointed modern two-storey, five bedroom house with three bathrooms and two separate living areas. Enjoy the large terraced garden with water glimpses through the gum trees to Jervis Bay.

Summer or winter retreat

Great for the long hot summers, being spolit for choice of the many gorgeous beaches of Jervis Bay & Booderee National Park. Water activities are limitless here: with swimming, snorkelling, surfing, fishing, boating, whale & dolphin watching, just to name a few. And just a short 10 minute bushwalk from Greenfields Beach to Chinamans Beach at Hyams.

As a winter retreat, Treehouse Vincentia is close to many bush tracks & walks, including the popular White Sands Walk to Huskisson or Hyams. Vincentia Golf Club is just minutes away. Keep warm and toasty at the Treehouse with a roaring fire in its welcome combustion fireplace.


Accommodation

Five generous bedrooms sleep up to 10 people. Children and couples welcome. There are two bedrooms with Queen size ensembles and one bedroom with a set of bunks. Two bedrooms each have two single ensembles which zip together to form King size beds if required for couples.

Linen is provided at the discounted rate of $220 per booking (for max. 10 guests), payable with the balance. BYO beach towels.

No Schoolies or wholly teenage groups.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. Plenty of on site parking and an easy walk to Greenfields beach. The house is well equipped with kitchen equipment. But the dishwasher was not in top form and for a house full of people a larger fridge would be helpful. We really enjoyed the outdoor setting amongst the trees. An upgrade of the outdoor table could be considered to make full use of such a pretty outlook

Treehouse

Fabulous house with everything you need at the house. Waking distance to greenfield beach so that on the busy days when you can’t park your car you can drive your gear down, u pack and bring car back to house. The roads surrounding the property get very busy on beach days. Gotta say having travelled from Melbourne it would be great to have some beach chairs at the house to use at the beach Love your flights out the back of house , they were great for new years Thanks Iona for all your prompt replies No police needed during our stay😂

We had a very enjoyable week. Loved being waking distance to Greenfields Beach and passing birdlife seen from back terrace What is not apparent on the website is that you don’t get to use the whole house as the lounge room has been sectioned off for the owners use. So for a 5 bedroom house that easily accommodates 10 people I was disappointed that we did not have a decent size space inside for entertainment. In wet weather the small living spaces would have been a problem for a large group. We were 6 adults and 3 children for Christmas and the spaces were limiting. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board needed

So glad you enjoyed our gorgeous local beach! And the birds who enjoy our birdbath beyond the rear terrace. Yes there is one largish utility room kept private for us but this room was never part of the original envelope of the house which we have renovated. There are still two large separate living areas, both approx 4 x 6 m with their own flat screen TVs & blu-ray players; ideal for separate parent & child viewing. There is also generous outdoor & undercover space. I apologise if you could not locate the hair dryer, we will provide another, iron & ironing board as these are often moved around by guests but they are there.

Could of been better

When we arrived to the home, you could tell that no one had been here for a least a month. Leaves, dirt and massive spider webs covering the door way to the home.... the smell of old bed sheets hit you in the face as soon as you walk in . The house is beautiful but it wasn’t presented well and out dated the coaches were more comfortable then the beds, bath rooms were great. Dryer and washing machine sounded like it was going to blow up. The oven was to dirty to use, bbq was disgusting and outside entertainment area was unusable due to spider webs, dead leaves and dirt all over the tables and chairs my daughter couldn’t even play out there (cleaning fee was still charged and it clearing wasn’t or done very poorly). ”Parents” during peak time Watch out for the walk to the beach as it’s quite dangerous due to no footpaths to get there until the entrance to the beach. I was disappointed as it was a trip for my brother who is unwell. But Jervis bay is a must stay place with the family just hope you guys have better luck then we did.

Thank you for your candid response. Sadly you visited after the torrential rains but I will be following up on the cleaning shortfalls. Our house has been constantly booked this year which means we haven't been down to oversee its maintenance. This was from the guests who stayed after your visit: "We used the oven and the rest of the kitchen and had no problem, A few cobwebs at the back and took us 2 minutes to remove, it’s a native landscape which we enjoyed very much." The easiest & best way to get to our local beach is via the road. Perhaps you stumbled upon the short cuts to the White sands walk which aren't maintained as well?

We loved our time at the treehouse! The location is amazing, easy walking distance to the beach. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures - the spaces are modern and spacious. The outdoor area was fantastic for sitting with a coffee in the morning sun. We will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful interiors and so appropriately named the ‘treehouse’ with the most tranquil backyard containing big trees and lots of birds greeting us in the morning. We were able to walk the the beach and love that there was plenty of space to park our cars off the street. There is also a lovely bush walk close by. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful beach house

The house is beautifully designed and was perfect for a small group with a well functioning kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has great amenity, including a lovely garden perfect for outdoor dining or reading with a glass of wine in the shade. The house is very peaceful, you can hear waves lapping on the beach from the master suite. The house is walking distance from a beautiful swimming beach and a short drive to south-facing surf beaches. We would love to stay again in the future! We had a minor hiccup when we arrived but Iona was very attentive and resolved the issue right away. Excellent communication!

Short stroll to the beach

Great house, lovely garden only a short stroll to the beach. The outdoor shower was great to clean the sand off after a day at the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

The Best!!

Treehouse Vincentia is perfect for a stay with extended family - there was room and space for everyone, with 2 living rooms, very comfortable bedrooms, and three luxurious bathrooms. All of the details have been really well thought out, and the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances. The view is wonderful, there is great outdoor space in the tiered native garden, and the house has been designed so that the morning sun warms the entire house. In the evening there is the added bonus of a wood fire. The house is only 10 minutes away from picture perfect beaches - otherwise we would probably have stayed put in the house!

Poor experience

Very bad experience for my family House was cold and not very clean when we arrived. We have stayed in many holiday houses in the area and found this property to be cold and sterile. Kitchen is very old, not child friendly.we would never book this house again.
